Prima adres voor uitstapjes
Pros:

Locatie en prima voor 3 personen.

Cons:

Iets wat klein voor 3 maar als je op pad bent de hele dag prima.
In de nacht was er brandalarm waarbij de bovenste verdiepingen die niet hoorden. Gelukkig was het vals alarm

Bel hôtel très bien situé
Pros:

La piscine couloir de nage immense, le petit déjeuner incroyable dans un espace superbe, la proximité des canaux et des restaurants, la salle de sport

Cons:

L'odeur de moisi très pregnante dans la chambre qui ne s’aère pas, le canapé-lit pour notre fils pas fait a l'arrivée ce que l'on a signalé et qui n'était toujours pas fait lors de notre retour du dîner, épuisés en plein jet lag.

Accueil déplorable mais la chambre fait le taf.
Pros:

Bon l'emplacement, et on va dire que pour le prix ça va. C'est calme, on dort bien.

Cons:

L'accueil, même pas un Bonjour. Rien, voilà ta carte et c'est tout. Zéro explication, zéro demande. La chambre, peu d'équipements à part un bureau pour le télétravail. La salle de bain est bizarrement agencée. Bref le minimum est présent mais sans plus.

El bufete de desayuno era muy completo y rico. El café bueno. El personal era muy amable. Habíamos reservado una habitación doble con cama grande (porque parece que en Malaysia los niños hasta que no tengan 12 se considera que pueden dormir con los padres). Al ver el niño de 11, nos han dado una triple sin subir el precio.

Cons:

Las habitaciones parecen más grandes en las fotos que en realidad. Con 3 personas y 3 maletas siempre molestaba algo o alguién. La pica que habia en el rincón cocina era la única. O sea para lavar los manos despues del baño o sepillar los dientes también la usas.
Instalaciones bién, pero:
Nos hubiera gustado que la piscina tenga profundidades distintas en varias zonas para jugar mejor con los niños.
El el gimnasio no habia aire acondicionado.

The staffs at the counter were sharp and unfriendly when I was checking in or out. I get there is a long queue at the back check in and out but their faces tell it all.

Dirty experience made me feel uncomfortable

It was sadly not a good experience

Cons:

My first room wasn’t cleaned, half eaten cookies next to the bed, trash bin not emptied, and soap everywhere in the shower. The second room had black hairs on the bed. I’m blond so again not clean as what you may expect from a hotel. The bedsheets had holes in them and the staff wasn’t so friendly. They are texting on WhatsApp instead of helping you out.
