After receiving way too many emails asking me to check in beforehand, when I turned up to check in, the lady at reception was very helpful. The security guard on my floor was very responsive and helpful, especially when a party started in the room next door: he took action immediately and shut it down.
Prior to checking in, I received 3 - 4 emails per day before my stay urging me to check in online, yet none of them included the link to do so. I actually visited the hotel and asked the manager to stop these email sends; not only did they not stop, he didn't send me anything acknowledging my visit and my frustration.
The room was extremely small, and accessing the loft-style bed felt unsafe. I’m tall, and the guard-rail barely reached my hip, making it unsafe to navigate, especially at night. The bathroom and shower are on separate sides of the front door and are designed for someone very short, so they also felt cramped.
I had six bags as I was moving countries, and there was no secure storage room, only an open area near reception. I was even advised to place my bags with a tour group that was checking out earlier. When I registered my concerns to reception they told me it was OK as they had CCTV!

La struttura in sé per sé è carina ,ma la nostra camera non aveva un buon odore soprattutto,divano sporco ,era scomoda per un bambino ,letto scomodo …non era come in foto …
The room is very nice and a good place for staycay.
Nothing is dont like.. except i miss out waking up late for breakfast as i already paid for it.. but its okay
I really enjoyed the gym, the swimming pool, and the lounge area. The room had a nice design and was comfortable. The soundproofing is good, so I didn't have any issues with noise. The location is also nice, next to Robertson Quay, with many nice restaurants, or for a river walk. It's also walking ditsance to two MRT stations.
There was a smell issue in the hotel. The first two rooms that I stayed in were unbearable. Thankfully, the staff did its best to resolve the situation and they moved me to another floor which was better. But still, this is something that needs to be resolved by the management.

Il primo giorno, non funzionava la cassaforte , il mini bar era vuoto in stanza, la porta con chiave elettronica non funzionava perché scarica.
Adin, Cel, Rowena, and Jaena are cool. The hotel is nice and comfortable.
hotel was very nice only the downside was the staff in the lobby/front desk its not good to talk with and we check in 2pm which they said 3pm is the check in but we have our room 7pm... we are crew member which as far as we know we are also a guest but they threat as like not a guest..food room and the place was great only the staff has a downside...
