The location is inconvenient. The breakfast is meager and not tasty, and there are many animals outside affecting hygiene.
The housekeeping staff are rude. I don't understand why they couldn't wait 3 seconds before barging into the room.
I booked an 8-day stay with a $15 credit, but I only received credit for the first day while I paid over $100. Scam?
Even after I checked out, the hotel said I owed them for coffee that I didn't drink.
Our stay at the Studio M hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were convenient, and the staff were friendly especially Ms. Cel and Adin, professional, and responsive. The check‑in and check‑out process was smooth, and overall I am very satisfied with the service.
The room is quite spacious even for 3 people, we can open our luggage easily. The room was also assisted with AI Device, so you don’t need to call for any room services (towel, water, etc).
The hotel is also really close with many restaurants, only 8 minutes walk to New Bahru. There is also a book cafe right in front of the hotel which is a good spot for chill.
Not that close with MRT Station, walk to Fort Canning station is quite long. If you bring big luggages, Grab/Taxi is recommended

Prima kamer, ruim genoeg voor twee personen. Kamer werd iedere dag schoon gemaakt. Vlakbij leuke bars, restaurants. Op loopafstand van Chinatown.
Bij het zwembad is geen bar wat wel zo benoemd staat. Als je wat wil drinken moet je dat ergens bij een supermarkt halen.
The room was nice and clean, though the image shows it the other way around (pic shows bed downstairs and office type space upstairs but our room had the bed upstairs with bathroom etc downstairs) which wasn't perfect with a toddler.
The pool area is pretty rundown and dirty. The deck is very slippery when wet, which obviously is hard to avoid by a pool! Tiles are broken and missing in the pool as well as edges being quite sharp.

Proximity to restaurants. Nice rooms
Checked out on the 5th of May in the morning. Reception staff was very cold.
Great location near the River Valley area, which made getting around very convenient. The reception experience stood out service was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Adin (under manager CEL) in particular handled everything smoothly and professionally, making check-in quick and pleasant. Service like this makes a difference. Definitely a place I’d return to
I liked the size of the rooms and the location on the river was lovely
Some of it felt quite worn and could do with updating, the toilet and shower were quite small and the rooms felt a bit damp, so my swimming costume didn’t dry.
