Amazing stay

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel war schmutzig, die Aufzüge waren kaputt, und als wir ankamen, war Baustelle in Erdgeschoss und es war in der Lobby wegen Reparaturen sehr laut. Wir hatten zwei separate Zimmer, die beide staubig waren, nach Abwasser rochen und schmutzig waren. Beim Frühstück Vögel das Essen festollen haben und müsste man aufpassen , und Personal anstatt Obst und Speisen abzudecken, schaute zu. Es war eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Mein Sohn und ich sind am ganzen Körper vonstichen übersät. Wir vermuten, dass sich Bettwanzen in den Betten befanden. Hat aber uns nach aus checken aufgefallen.Es war wirklich eine schreckliche Erfahrung.Schade so tolle Lage und so schlechte Service

Great stay experience
Pros:

I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a peaceful stay.

What stood out the most was the excellent service provided by the staff Ms Cel and Shirly. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. They made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my visit.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with outstanding hospitality.

Needs some improvement.
Pros:

Check in was quick and brief, we were given the room key, and given zero info on how to access the lifts, wifi etc. Room was small for 2 adults and a child. Only the double bed set up, no bed for our son, only 2 towels. No hand towels etc. Large black hair on the counter (we are blonde) possibly left from previous guest. Overall clean, but shabby in need of some TLC, not what I’d expect from a millennial property. Pool area, no sun loungers like pictured, just 6 chairs and a couple of tables. Disappointing, also the area around the pools is very slippy, like ice when wet. Which is it due to being next to a pool. Good location some nice bars and restaurants close by, short walk to an mrt station, short grab ride to malls attractions etc. Be aware there’s no luggage room cases are left in reception area.

Nice location for a short visit in Singapore.
Pros:

Perfect location, very close to the city center, the gym is nice and the pool was also really cool

Cons:

The same breakfast the all week, I started to hate the Omelettes, laundry service is incredible expensive, checking is not easy and apparently there is not room service, or when I wanted to order something for eat, the all menu wasn’t available, so I was forced to order by a local restaurant clothes to the hotel

Single parent with teenager
Pros:

As a single parent travelling with a teenager, not always easy to find an accommodation providing both persons a certain level of privacy within one single room. The loft concept provides exactly that. Each person is having its own bed, with some dedicated private space to put your stuff and if your teenager wanna surf the net all night, you wont be disturbed by the light of the computer! Location is exceptional, walking distance to restaurants (100M) and some of the main touristic spots / attractions (1-2 km). Wifi is great, pool and jacuzzi offer rest after touring. Caveat: no room service after 9 pm or so. But plenty of restaurants so…
