. ويمكنك الحصول على كواية وطاولتها عند الطلب وكان المكيف جيد وبارد ويوجد تنظيف يومي للغرف عند الطلب ، والفندق به جيم بالطابق الثاني مع المطعم ومساحات جلوس ومسبح وتوجد كافتيريا بالطابق الاول ويمكنهم خلال 40 دقيقة من الطلب تقديم وجبات خفيفة مع وجود الكرواسون و deserts الجاهز للتقديم ويوجد حمام وطاولات كثيرة . وقد سمح لنا الفندق منذ وصولنا لاستخدام طاولات الجلوس في الطابق الثاني حتى تجهز غرفنا وسمح لنا كذلك بوضع شنطنا بالقرب من الاستقبال وتوجد بالطابق الثاني غسالة ونشافة ملابس وسوف تحتاج شراء توكن من الاستقبال للغسيل بقيمة 8 دولار سنغافوري وتوكن آخر للتنشيف بنفس القيمة . وأتوقع أنها تسع حوالى 10 كيلو ملابسمن الأشياء الجيدة بالغرفة على الرغم من صغر حجمها الا انه يوجد طاولة للشنط وطاولة مكتبيه وطاولة لتحضير الشاي والقهوة وثلاجة صغيرة وعلى الرغم ان المسبح ليس به قفل الا ان قسم الحمام به قفل وبه شطاف هناك تشكيله جيدة من الفواكه والعصير والخضروات وحتى البيض المطبوخ وماكنة صنع البان كيك وكانت جيدة على الرغم من وجود بعض البان كيك غير المستوى ونفاذ الشوكلاته السريع . ومستوى قهوة بسيط مع ماكنتين لصنع الاسبريسو واللاتيه يمكن طلب الماء من خلال الاتصال او حتى جهاز AI يسمح لك بطلب 4 عبوات ماء وفوط وفرش اسنان ووو

وخيار المواصلات الامثل لهذا الموقع هو التاكسي من خلال برنامج grab نظرا لبعدنا عن محطات القطار والحافلات ، وغالبا لا يتم الرد على الهاتف بعد غروب الشمس وأتمنى تحسين جودة الشامبو ووضع conditioner, الراغبين في الدخول المبكر فمن تجربتي تم الرفض التام على الرغم أننا لم ننم منذ الليلة الفائته بسبب السفر ومحاولة لفت تعاطفهم الا انه قبل الثالثة مساءا لم نتمكن من الدخول ولا يوجد ماء مجاني بالغرف بدون طلبكنا 5 بالغين وطفل حجزنا 3 loft بالكاد تكفينا لأن كل loft به سرير واحد فقط بعرض 140 وكانت بالأعلى ( لا تناسب كبار السن نظرا لوجود سلالم ) أما بالأسفل صوفة سرير يمكن مع التحمل والصبر أن يستخدمها الثاني كسرير وبكل الأحوال لن يسمح سوى لشخص واحد بكل غرفة تناول الافطار وللمسلمين الباحثين عن كلمة halal لن تجدها سوى عند عصير التفاح خاصة الشيف الذي يقلي البيض ستجد بجواره شرائح الخنزير

Pros:

Unique two storey rooms. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast had a great choice with everything we wanted and more. Great location by the river

Cons:

Check in and check out experience needs to be massively improved, there were lines whenever I went past reception. We didn’t feel welcomed at all and there wasn’t much help either

Bumpy and disappointing, expected better from a 4 star hotel

Location was good, breakfast was nice

Cons:

Upon our arrival (at 3pm) our room was full with mold and not cleaned at all. After talking to staff multiple times they told us we can get a new room but only from 10pm. They also placed a container outside to get rid of some old furniture and electronics which caught fire on the 3rd night and we were woken up by a loud siren and an Alarm telling us to just stay where we are. (Also weird for a fire alarm) It took the fire department around an hour to put out the fire and it took us around 2 hours to be able to get back to our room.

We will not stay again, there are a couple of other options around the same area, maybe even at a more affordable rate.
Pros:

It is quite close to some bars and restaurants and also a river.

Cons:

It seems to want to integrate technology into bringing better customer experience but in my opinion, it is still very much in progress. The staff was definitely not helpful. For example, if the staff doesn’t help with check in, kindly let the customers know beforehand and let the customers start all the registration process even before arrival just to save time. Another example is calling to receptionist almost never got picked up while the AI in the room doesn’t know a lot of information and always advises guests to contact receptionist who doesn’t pick up as mentioned earlier 😅

雰囲気だけは良いですが、清潔さや中身に欠ける
Pros:

雰囲気やロケーションはとてもよかったです。また、部屋も二階建てで珍しい内装で、天井も高く子供達も喜んでいました。

Cons:

水回りに不潔さを感じました。前の方が使った歯磨き粉のような匂いが残っていました。今回は２つお部屋を予約したのですが、それぞれ匂いが残っており気持ち悪さを感じました。また、初日はバスタオル２つの用意しかなく、足マットやフェイスタオルが無く不親切でした。
