Alpine Inn & Spa

This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The room was disgusting and poorly maintained. The face towels were dirty, the bedding was stained, the heater had visible rust, and electrical outlets were damaged and coming out of the wall. We were traveling with our six-year-old child, and the damaged electrical outlets were a serious safety concern.

When I tried to address these problems with the staff, instead of receiving reasonable assistance or a professional response, I encountered extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. The staff made the situation even worse by threatening to call the police and throw us out onto the street when we were simply trying to resolve legitimate concerns about the room's condition and safety.

We were treated as if we were the problem, even though we were the guests dealing with an unacceptable room. The staff showed no proper concern for our family's safety, no willingness to resolve the situation respectfully, and absolutely no customer service skills.

We ultimately had to find alternative accommodation, causing additional stress and unexpected expenses during our family vacation. The entire experience was appalling from beginning to end. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise other travelers, especially families with children, to look elsewhere.

The TV situation, 2 remotes, one to turn on, one to surf the 10 unlabeled channels… did make for a good late night guessing game tho!

The bathtub handle to the water fell off, the Jacuzzi tub was in a weird location. The little wooden shelf in the bathroom was the only place to put things and it was old and needed to be replaced. There were no hooks to hang anything in the bathroom or put towels.I

Small,dated room

The parking was horrible, the room felt like you were going to fall through the floor, the ac was constantly turning on and off every 5 minutes, there was a really bad smell in the room.

This place was definitely dated. The room was just somewhere to sleep. The tv didn't work, we were only given two towels and bath mat, no wash cloth, no extra towels. The ironing board was a bit questionable about causing damage to clothing, and the bathroom was not really useful to put toiletries but it was better than nothing. While the bed was comfortable, the blankets aren't what you would expect from a hotel with no top sheet, just a thin fleece blanket and bed cover. The pool/hotub closed by 10pm. The air conditioner was not the greatest and didn't cool the whole room but blasted one side of the bed. This is not the place to go if you're looking to spend any time in your room other than to sleep.

For the price, no complaints whatsoever! For those of you seeking more modernity, this was an old school type of hotel , no fancy upgrades or decor, but again very clean and met all of our needs.

The room was not very clean, hairs on the blankets, old soap bar left in the shower.

The bed towels, not enough towels I asked for more on the office. They say they don’t have anymore for checking. You have to wait outside was so hot. You can teven go inside the office. The place wasn’t clean enough.

The air conditioning was horrible. It was hot in August and my room was in the 80s at midinight. The shower pressure is horrible. They tell you, you have access to a private beach. They forgot to tell you that you had to pay. It was half off but still it was 30 dollars for 2 people.
