Hotel OTONALI

Small room but very clean and nicely updated. Easy to walk (or take the bus, 1 stop) to the old town. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitly stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The place is clean, well maintained, and everything feels really organised. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The room was bigger than I expected, the bed was super comfy, and the shower was great. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty to choose from including pastries, bread, fruit, cheese, egg, juice, coffee. It was a lovely stay.

Very helpful staff who were kind and understanding when we had a problem with our booking. Special thanks to Alice and Laurence.

Nice location. 2min walking distance from sea side (wonderful plage du Sillon). Family atmosphere and very friendly staff. Comfortable bedroom. Very good and affordable breakfast with local products. Close to city center (Intra-muros) 10 min walking distance. A very nice summer stay

Veldig fin hotell i Saint Malo med egen sjarm og noe japansk style. Super frokost med gode lokale produkter og utrolig hjelpsomme personale. Japansk restauranten tilknyttet hotellet er definitivt verdt et besøk. Mulighet til å leie garasjeplass.

Did the job. Clean and comfortable. Slightly basic facilities (no wardrobe or kettle), but wifi and shower good which is more important to me. Friendly/helpful staff, free glass of cider/apple juice in the afternoon. A little road noise by the ‘main’ road but it’s St Malo - not that busy! No sea views but very short walk for a swim (unless the tide is out! In which case it’s five times further). Lovely sandy beach (supposedly won best in France last year - seems a bit of a stretch - but it is nice). Location is 10 mins walk to the old town - along the beach/seafront. Breakfast looked fine for 15 Eur but not sufficiently tempting to try.

Lovely spot; walk to the walled city. Only issue was that fr some reason, the clerk could not process a credit card (we tried 3 and their system kept asking for a PIN which is only associated with debit cards so we had to use one of those

Nice hotel and good location to the old part of St Malo.

À quelques pas de la ville fortifiée. Stationnement municipal juste en face qui coûte presque rien. Chambre un peu trop petite mais propre.

Petite chambre bien équipée et confortable, proche de St Malo intramuros. 7 minutes à pied, au long du quai, de la vielle ville.

Very small room with nowhere to put laugage. Reception closed at 9pm and after this you could not get a drink . Close to st Malo old town and view of harbour . Staff very helpful .

Cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas vu un aussi mauvais rapport qualité prix.
Reservation de derniere minute en août en effet, mais le prix est vraiment exagéré pour une chambre petite, sentant le tabac froid, sans porte de douche, avec une porte de salle de bain complètement pourrie par l'eau, un lit double inconfortable (il sagit de 2 lits simples accolés sans surmatelas), une télé toute petite, et aucune prestation mis à part 2 caramels...
De plus l'annonce décrit une vue sur port ou place, le fenêtre donnait en réalité sur un vulgaire parking...
Petit déjeuner au prix complètement aberrant de 58€ pour deux, non testé donc...
