Cons:

No one cleaned our room or made the bed...we were given a handicap room without being asked if we wanted it. All amenities were for someone disabled...

Wouldn’t stay there again.

I liked how it was close to shops

Cons:

Sheets and jacuzzi were filthy and couldn’t change rooms. I wanted eggs but they wouldn’t provide a no cheese eggs. They also charge a $50 holding fee that they have yet to give back as they said it would come back at checking out.

Pros:

This place was beyond spotless , the fresh renovations and the staff maintained this property beautifully! Amazing pool hot tub area , nice courtyard outside with beautiful trees and flowers ! Well serviced and choices for breakfast ! I loved this property !

Disappointing
Pros:

Room clean.

Cons:

Hot breakfast horrible. Eggs, or whatever they were, were inedible. Waffle maker didn’t work well. And worst: NO real cream or half and half for the coffee, only fake milk products. So sad to see Hilton opt to not make improvements here, ones that would be very inexpensive. Will reconsider staying at Hampton inn in the future.

We were there for over night but it was nice quiet relaxing stay.
Pros:

My family liked the breakfast. at other place it gross

Cons:

We wanted to swim in the pool but the water was ice cold. Maybe invest in a heater.
