Comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities
Pros:

The experience is exactly what I expected, which is why I chose the Hampton Inn. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast had plenty of options, parking and WiFi were included. 24-hour coffee was good to have, and I liked having a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was friendly too, which I really appreciated, having traveled to Elmira during a deep freeze for a sad occasion. I could not find a safe in my room; that would have been good for my laptop.

Pros:

The room was exactly as expected. It was lovely.

Cons:

I didn't care for the cheese omelet in the breakfast line. I hate American cheese. I wish i would have known it was American and I wouldn't have wasted one.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast items provided a good selection.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I was charged a $20 cleaning charge for the room. I've never seen that charge ever before and on top of that my 2 rooms were not even cleaned in my two day stay. Would appreciate an explanation.
