Cons:

Not having a heated pool, and no jacuzzi. Also I can't believe you charged this $10 for parking in your own parking lot. I've never run across that before!

Below average for the brand
Pros:

This is a below average embassy suites. It’s a step up from a hampton inn (which I have no problem with but it’s about expectations). Bed was not comfortable. Sofa was not comfortable. Room is dated. Breakfast again was a step up from a hampton inn - no fresh cut fruit. Not the typical atrium like at an embassy suites. Entire hotel is extremely dark. The location was great and the room was clean. But below average for the brand.

Not happy with my stay.

Cons:

My booking for my stay was not found even though I had my confirmation number. Had to contact booking. Com which was not easy to find a phone number so I got upset. But come to find out booking.com put me down for the wrong date even though my confirmation had the correct date. My room was finally confirmed but it was located behind the elevator so we heard it the entire stay. The jacuzzi was filled in with concrete but online it still shows it had one.

Moldy shower head and spiders in the bed. Yes that’s a plural.. spiders. Disappointing and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. $245 I would’ve thought I’d have a clean room.
