I would not ever come here again for $310 a night.
Pros:

I went here especially for the kickback (I paid $310 for one night) and there was not an actual bartender. It was just some guy pouring out of a bottle who seemed to not want to be there. I wanted a long island ice tea, I got some coke and some clear long island long tea mix out of a bottle. The food options were raw broccoli, tortilla chips, salsa, and that was about it. No meat options. The floor was super sticky in the breakfast area. I had on sandals so every time I walked my shoes were sticking to the floor. The fake eggs made my boyfriend sick but the omelet section was awesome.

I will never book a room at the Embassy Suited
Pros:

The breakfast was one of the best options of the stay.

Cons:

The carpet was dirty in the 3rd floor hallway and there was an odor when using yhe plumbing.

Terrible Staff Attitudes
Pros:

The lobby was fairly elegant. The breakfast was okay. The room appeared clean.

Cons:

The front desk staff was EXTREMELY rude. They had absolutely no patience at all when checking in, checking out, or when I tried to call to verify my confirmation. When I asked about my Hilton Honors account (since the stay was booked on booking.com and the honors app was unable to find my stay to use the digital room key, etc) she cut me off and just said it won’t show for 48 hours. That obviously isn’t true. How else would I be able to use the digital key… on checkout she basically asked my name and room number then answered the phone while she was doing the checkout and started talking to them, no indication that we were good to go. Realizing that I was still standing there, she told the person hold on then just dropped the phone on the counter and looked at us annoyed, and said you’re good.

We also had a very odd smell coming from the bathroom for the duration of the 2 nights. Smelled maybe like mildew or they hadn’t cleaned the toilet well enough in some spots. Due to the attitude of the front desk, we decided to just keep the bathroom door closed and not bother with reaching out to them. It seemed nice from the pictures and the Hilton name, but it was very disappointing and I will NOT be returning.

Location and breakfast

Cons:

-Surface level clean only - no deep clean
-No additional blankets in the room for pull out sofa bed. When requesting blanket I was told to come downstairs to retrieve since they were too busy.
- Not enough luggage carts, was told to hunt for them on each level.
- we booked this hotel specifically to use the indoor pool, however not heated and ice cold for our children.
