The fitness was very small, breakfast was not good, coffee was weak.
They didn't finish cleaning the room and they were booked so they couldn't switch our rooms
Everything
Nothing
I booked our room last minute and it was available within 10 minutes of the confirmation. Very clean lobby and room, very comfortable beds and staff was so kind.

Beautiful area and a lot of useful things
I didn’t know the gate locked at a certain time but that’s on me
Nothing at all.
1 customer service
2 bed was so uncomfortable as it creeked with every turn.

4 Fan in bathroom was made a very very loud noise constantly.
5.After talking to Monica the Manager it was like she knew about all the issues I was complaining about.
6 As I returned to load my luggage I literally caught Monica the mngr. Rudely responding back to another guest's and her complaints as well.
We would recommend that you choose another Hitel to avoid this issue with this specific property.
Close to event I was attending.
I stayed two-nights and my room was not cleaned. The bed made a stringy sound when you sat or moved. The alarm went off twice at 6:00am both nights. I turned off the power surge the first night and thought the problem was solved… it wasn’t. The breakfast scrambled eggs were not good, none of us ate them. There was no cream cheese for the bagels and my niece did not like the nonfat milk. The second day, we went out for breakfast somewhere else.
When I was checking out, the receptionist was on the phone for a while… I went to load the items in my car and came back to finally check out. The receptionist did not ask me how my stay was. So, I mentioned that the alarm went off twice at 6am both days. Her response was “Well, you should’ve called the front desk.” I saw that the middle aged woman did not care about my experience, so I just left. I was about to get into my car when a man who had just checked out asked how my experience was and he said he had a bad experience also. This was my second time staying there and sadly I will not be returning.
Friendly and helpful
Shower not hot
Quiet considering it is near the freeway. Nice Christmas decorations. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Parking lot could use some additional lighting.
The property was exceptional.
It is near the freeway, but I didn’t have a problem sleeping.
The staff and the delicious continental breakfast, and design of room, lobby and dining room.
My stay was great it is not a dislike but a recommendation to have blackout curtains in rooms.
For us the main reason for our stay in Kingsburg was to visit family close by. We could have stayed with them, but we prefer to stay at the Fairfield.
I cannot think of anything.
