Not ever again
Pros:

The location was perfect since we wanted to visit my old hometown.

Cons:

Well we always use Marriott because they always have a smart TV this one did not.
Also the bed was ROCK HARD. I had bought an eggshell pad because most hotel beds are too stiff for me but this was HORRIBLE. The night was torture.

Comfortable stay once we were able to figure out that the opening in the gate was the hotel entrance
Pros:

I made several requests. I wanted a room that didn’t face the freeway, wasn’t near the elevator, stairs or ice maker. All requests were honored. The room was quiet and clean. Check in was quick and the woman who checked us in was very nice. It was convenient just being able to drop off the key cards at the hotel front desk as we left the premises early.

Cons:

It took a while to find the entrance to the hotel. Signage to direct customers to the hotel would have been very helpful, especially at the gate opening for the fence surrounding the hotel. In the bathroom, a towel bar and hooks close to the shower so one can reach their towel without getting out of the tub would be very useful. Another mirror outside of the bathroom would also be nice should the bathroom be occupied.

It was a great experience, nice & clean hotel. Good breakfast. Perfect location!
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptionally good. I didn't expect the full course breakfast, but it was (oatmeal, waffle, scrambled eggs, boiled egg, sausage, muffin, coffee, juices, milks, fruits, etc.) The staff is very professional, nice, and friendly. My son loves this hotel so much that he insists we stay here again next time when visiting Kingsburg/Reedley and the Fresno Fruit Trail.

Cons:

Everything was perfect, and we had a nice stay at the hotel. I just wish the ice machine were working and the room key cards were a little easier to use (the room key was not very sensitive).

Great place to stay when visiting Kingsburg!
Pros:

Very nice accommodations. The facility as a whole was nicely kept; the lobby, kitchen and rooms were very clean. The continental breakfast has a nice assortment. They even had some gluten free choices which is sometimes hard to find at hotels.

Cons:

Only negative is the location. Just kind of far back, remote from everything. The entrance was facing the freeway and you felt like you were on the backside of the building. Just a little quirky, but didn't ruin the stay.

Top Notch!!!
Pros:

This was a topnotch Fairfield. The rooms were well-appointed with clocks, a full length mirror, and very clean. The breakfast offered so many options (vegitarian, too) and was well-stocked. The breakfast lady was one of the nicest I've interacted with in a long time. The business center was so nice, with two computer stations and printers. The fitness center was a little underwhelming and had no bicycle. But, hey, I'd stay here a gain in a heartbeat!

Fine for a night passing through
Pros:

We literally just slept here on the way to Yosemite, but we did use the pool and hot tub. The granola offering was pretty good in the morning - they had all the choices available.
It was not the best hotel, but it was clean and quiet, and we had a room away from the freeway side. It was not the greatest area. I thought it was supposed to be a cute little Sweden town, but seemed more run down. We saw the teapot water toward from the freeway.
