Our couple experience was excellent. Wife doesn’t golf, but we experienced great service, and spa service was great quality. Pet friendly!

The rooms are super outdated, they smell old and the whole place could use renovation BUT I strongly believe the staff and price makeup for it. I’ve stayed here about 4 times and will keep coming back. The course is beautiful. I always feel safe and welcomed.

We love Hacienda Bajamar for its peace and quiet. The property feels very safe, with beautiful ocean views as you drive in and well-kept grounds surrounded by nature. The staff is friendly, the restaurant food is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and clean with large towels and bottled water provided. Everything is dated — from the furniture and beds to the TVs, which only have a few channels, so bring a Roku or Fire Stick. The pool isn’t very inviting since it’s enclosed by walls, and the spa is small and simple, a bit overpriced but still decent. There’s no heating in the rooms, so pack a small heater during colder months. Despite these details, we keep coming back because it’s peaceful, quiet, and feels genuine. It’s not a luxury resort — more of a comfortable three-star hotel — but it’s clean, safe, and offers great value. A relaxing place to unwind away from the city.

Everything was great except for no free breakfast or room upgrade.

Property easy to get to, looks nice going into. My complaint is the restaurant felt very unwelcoming servers were not helpful at all when asking questions. Had the tortilla soup and Bajamar salad were the chicken did not taste good and the fried mozzarella stick was very dark probably due to oil. I would sent back but to wave down a server was very hard, I proceeded to eat and felt very sick throughout the night, and following morning. I avoid the restaurant all together my next night stay and decided to drive to Ensenada for lunch and dinner :(

This is beautiful location in a private property. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant has delicious food and there’s an 18 hole golf course that I’m told (by my partner) that is excellent. It is located 30 minutes from Ensenada, 30 to Valle de Guadalupe, and 25 min to Puerto Nuevo. Only improvement that I recommend is better quality mattress and covers but it was okay. We will definitely return to this hotel again. Highly recommend!!

There was a gap on on the front door that spiders could fit into the bedroom even a snake
Other than that everything was amazing

Perfect view near the Ocean; the staff all along the facility is very kind and helped us all through our stay.
What I dont like is the hotel is NOT Pet Friendly

Beautiful well-kept grounds and room; great food and margaritas at the restaurant.

The restaurant staff was amazing but the reception desk not so much, they seemed to be annoyed every time we asked a question.

Beautiful view, didn't actually saw the whole hotel since I Manly use it to sleep. But the room was awesome. Spacefull. The only thing I didn't like is the employees try to open my door twice while staying there without knocking. But other than that it was great.

It’s a beauty property and very clean.
