The look of exterior of building.
The inside is very dated and there were stain on the couch and hold in wall covered by small panel.
Bed was clean and comfortable
Hotel states there is pickbip from the airport every 30 minutes. We arrived at midnight and despite calling the hotel twice we stillnhafnt been collected by 2am. In the end a helpful driver from another hotel kindly dropped us off. Receptionist Charles couldn't have been more dismissive and unhelpful, couldn't care less. Hotelnis shabby. Dirty ripped carpets in room. Meant to stay two nights but moved on. There are so many good hotels in this area there is no need to stay here, wouldn't stay here again for free. Avoid. Hotel contacted me directly for a review which I provided. Needless to say I heard no more from them.
Clean rooms and ice machine on all floors.
Not happy about 10.00 fee to park.
The room was clean and comfortable. The ice machine was a lifesaver!
I encountered a booking issue that I only discovered upon arrival at the hotel. Although my reservation was non-refundable, I spoke with the front desk to see if anything could be done. I was told that if the third-party booking service contacted the hotel, they would waive the fee since I was willing to rebook a room at the same property (higher rate than my initial reservation).
Nearly a week has passed, and despite multiple attempts, the hotel has denied the request each time. I followed up with the hotel again and was told to have the third party resend the request, assuring me it would be accepted, but it was denied once more.
What’s most frustrating is that two different employees gave me the same assurance, which turned out to be untrue. This resulted in unnecessary stress and wasted time. If the request was never going to be approved, I would have appreciated clear and honest communication from the start.
I travel through this area frequently and live in Colorado, so this experience was especially disappointing given the many options nearby.
I hope the employees improve their communication and don't lie to their clients.
