The building is tired and in need of cosmetic renovation. Linoleum is worn. Damage to exterior walls
Pros:

The night staff and breakfast staff were very pleasant. The room was clean.

Cons:

I could not operate the heat in the room. I had to strip the second bed to use the extra blankets for warmth

Pros:

Room was comfortable.
Shower had good pressure.
Breakfast was Ok..

Cons:

Young women at front desk would not answer the phone at 11pm in evening... was on hold 40+ minutes trying to get instructions for shuttle she never picked up the phone... very tired very disappointed... young lady more intested in her mobile phone rather than answering the front desk phone at hotel...

The beds were too hard. It was more comfy sleeping on the floor than sleeping on the bed. There wasn't a mini refrigerator or microwave.

Buen hotel pero deficiente servicio de traslado para personas con mucho equipaje

Las camas eran muy buenas y tenia lugares cercanos para comer

Cons:

Se debe mejorar el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Nosotros teníamos muchas maletas, lo informamos cuando agendamos la van y nos dijeron que no había problema, pero cuando llegaron por nosotros notamos que claramente lo tuvieron el cuenta. El conductor se quejó de que teníamos muchas maletas e intentó negarnos el servicio puesto que no tenía suficiente espacio en el maletero. De todos modos, si no llevas mas de una maleta de bodega por persona no deberías tener este problema
