Your business room was a big blessing to an emergency.
The location was great. The breakfast was also great.
The staff didn’t give me an accessible room. After we paid for it. They gave that room away. We didn’t show up until about 9pm. We weren’t worried about it because we had paid for it. We thought they would hold the accessible room for us. We were wrong. They gave us a standard room. They said it was Booking.coms fault. We have stayed in 7 different hotels in the past 8 days. This was the only hotel who said that. We had the same requirements on each reservation.
