Pros:

Excellent stay! The welcome was warm and professional, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I was even offered a complimentary early check-in, which was a very nice touch. Everything else was perfect: the room, cleanliness, service, and overall experience. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a little far from the city centre

Very good place to stay, very friendly staff overall satisfied.
Pros:

Spacious , good ambience and very good staff

Cons:

AC Flaps were very dirty tried our best to ignore them but they looked disgusting.

Good hotel and super nice staff
Pros:

The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and it is value for the money. Receptionists are very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The person responsible for spa and wellness was not available at the time we stayed so we couldn’t benefit from these facilities. I expected the breakfast to be better than what it actually is.
