Very limited facilities

Great hotel with very nice rooms and a great atmosphere. There are two restaurants where Maison Mathis is superb.
Especially good when you want to avoid transport for hours in the city

Comfortable beds but rooms and bathrooms (grout mould) now very tired by Dubai standards. Ancient and confusing tv set up (needs three handsets) and limited open plug space for recharging phones etc. Long overdue a proper smarten up and modern upgrade. We only choose it as family live nearby.

Great hotel. Staff were highly attentive and helpful. Loved the location as we wanted a few days away from the city and no better way to start the day than by having breakfast on the patio overlooking the fairway. Food was somewhat disappointing as buffet breakfast items were only ever just lukewarm. Despite the disappointment with the food, would certainly stay there again.

Very noisy in evenings, like a big market under the windows.

Beautiful surroundings and so calming to see greenery. Excellent service too. Just need a gym and pool to complete.

Too old, holes on the bed sheets, water pressure fluctuates, TV dod not even work. I cant believe emaar will let this sink this bad.

The hotel was in a good location with lots of trees and greenery around. Rooms were very clean and tidy.

Only two downsides to this place:

1. Music on the weekends gets pretty loud and if you have a golf view room then expect to get no sleep before 12 AM.
2. The key card reader on our door stopped working so we spent 15 mins trying to get it sorted before they eventually opened the door with a physical key.

The service was good and for the price it was not too bad.

Only 11 rooms but nice, and spacious

The hotel is very very far from the centre, beach and shopping centres. The golf facility was closed, even for walking on its walkways. Nothing to do at this location.

Lovely place. Clean rooms and awesome service..The food is great as well.

Comfortable stay in AR at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff. Great location if you want to be close to Arabian Ranches or golf course but away from anything else. Enjoyed our stay a lot as our main concern was to be as close to Arabian Ranches as possible.
