Got a free upgrade. Rooms were comfy and spacious. Everything clean. Personal was friendly. A little thoughtful gift on the 24th of December: a gingerbread man.
You could hear the street noise in the morning.
The room is spacious
The friendliness of the reception staff, who went out of their way to help us.
We asked for extra pillows, they offered us slippers as well.
The beds are extremely hard.
The basement entry said 11.00pm closure, but it was closed at 10.45pm on 3/3/26.
We also found the tv channels limited for when we wanted to relax in the room.

I didnt like the view (my room was 209) and lack of informed consent for a follow-up call re Do Not Disturb sign.
Subjectively, I rate this hotel a 5 out of 10.
Objectively, a 7.5/10.
Close to Chinatown & Hawker markets, the staff were polite and helpful
The lighting in the room was very dim and it took a long time for hot water to come on. The walls were thin, you could hear outside room. Also when you used the bathroom sink when the water ran down pipes it was loud and echoed.
Отличная гостиница со стильным дизайном. Номера не очень новые, но не критично. Но просторно, комфортно, большая кровать, чайник, маленький холодильник. До метро меньше 10мин пешком, мы минут за 20 дошли до Чайнатауна. В лобби можно попить воду, чай, кофе, есть бесплатные печеньки. Рядом много маленьких кафе и пару магазинов.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely Stay at D’Hotel Singapore
We had a very comfortable stay at D’Hotel Singapore. The location is great, situated in the charming Tiong Bahru area, with plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, and local food spots within walking distance.
The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, making our stay very relaxing. The hotel has a nice boutique feel and is located in a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect after a busy day exploring Singapore.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always welcoming and ready to assist when needed.
Overall, a great place to stay with a good location and comfortable rooms. We would happily stay here again!
