To organize it, the guests should call us exiting from the motorway in Verres.
During summer the property is reachable with own car driving on a 2.2 mi unpaved road which starts from our parking place.

Location meravigliosa, ideale per chi vuole trascorrere un weekend immerso nella natura. Staff della reception molto disponibile. Junior suite bellissima, arredata con gusto e spaziosa.
Soggiorno deludente rispetto al prezzo pagato
Purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando una tariffa di circa 500€ a notte.
Nell’area benessere, l’acqua della piscina e dell’idromassaggio era fredda, cosa non accettabile in piena stagione invernale. Alla segnalazione fatta allo staff della spa, mi è stato risposto che “ci sono disposizioni regionali che regolano la temperatura dell’acqua”, giustificazione che non ritengo valida, avendo frequentato altre strutture della stessa regione con acque decisamente più calde.
Esperienza negativa anche al ristorante: il maître poco cordiale. Alla richiesta di cambiare tavolo e spostarci in veranda, nonostante la presenza di diversi tavoli liberi, il cambio è stato fatto ma con evidente fastidio. Inoltre, prezzi del menu troppo elevati rispetto alla qualità e alla proposta offerta.
La nota più deludente riguarda però la colazione: per una struttura di questo livello è inaccettabile che diversi prodotti siano a pagamento. La spremuta (8€) non era fresca ma sembrava un semplice succo, così come il pancake (10€), molto piccolo e poco soddisfacente. Le brioche erano industriali e semplicemente riscaldate.
In conclusione, il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è adeguato e diversi aspetti del servizio andrebbero rivisti per una struttura che ambisce a questo livello.

Incredible situation half way up the mountainside
Everything about it is great. It takes a while to get up there in the transfers but that is part of the appeal.
Tutto, il posto è magnifico, la struttura è semplicemente incantevole, l’accoglienza e i servizi sono eccellenti, i massaggi alla SPA sono stati meravigliosi e l’escursione con la guida Alpina Nerinka è stata davvero un’esperienza unica e suggestiva.
Unica nota dolente è stata la cucina, purtroppo il ristorante a cena ci ha tanto deluso, servizio lento e scoordinato, piatti insapore, ho avuto seri dubbi che mi fossi presa il covid, non sentire alcun sapore in un ragù di coniglio é davvero difficile, eppure…

Amazing hotel with great breakfast, restaurant and SPA in the middle of the mountains above Champoluc.
Our room (N.6) was very (too) small with just one tiny window. Plus, the bathroom was quite old and needs renovation.

Great location, views were amazing. Check in receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.
The food was below average, we got 2 single beds despite requesting and receiving confirmation of a double bed. Both beds were separating during the night, unpleasant sleep. Cleaning service left the bed unmade after day one. Spa reception employee was unresponsive and abrupt.

SPA is crowded and it lacks a sophisticated atmosphere, clashing with the rest of the premises.

Wow ! Just loved the location up in the mountains, the beautiful old buildings and interesting old artefacts everywhere, the ambience, and fantastic restaurant - delicious food and v good value for money. Lovely friendly helpful staff.

This is a real beauty of a property. The hotel owns the old town and you feel completely removed from the rest of the world- a really great escape and they make access to the town and ski resort so easy
The pellet heater stove wasn’t working so the room was a little cold at times- once the heating was on it was fine but there was no access to control this in the room itself
