During summer the property is reachable with own car driving on a 2.2 mi unpaved road which starts from our parking place.

Pros:

Un charme fou dans un site exceptionnel. Un personnel aux petits soins. Expérience unique. A noter aussi une dégustation de gin qui nous a énormément plue

Cons:

La restauration nous a un peu déçue avec des plats manquants de simplicité (soupe à l’oignon et hamburger).

La posizione è veramente stupenda. Una vista bellissima sul ghiacciaio del Monte Rosa

Abbiamo prenotato una junior suite, ma avrebbero dovuto avvertirci che l’altezza massima della terrazza era di 180 cm, ovvero la nostra altezza. Non è stato comodissimo! Anche nella stanza le altezze erano parecchio basse, insomma siamo stati un po’ scomodi…
Per la cifra che abbiamo pagato avremmo gradito una macchinetta del caffè in stanza e almeno due poltrone comode sul balcone.

Underbart hotell men behöver hitta personal ger ett varmt och välkomnande intryck.
Pros:

Servicen i restaurangen och bland personalen som körde upp och ner till parkeringen/staden var underbara.

Cons:

Servicen i receptionen var under all kritik. Otrevliga, lata, svårt att hjälpa till, kunde inte komma till rummet med vinöppnare trots påminnelse tre gånger under en timmes tid. Dessvärre borde inte dessa personer jobba med service.

La montagna tutta per voi...
Pros:

la posizione, i servizi nelle parti comuni, leescursioni con la guida naturalista Nerinka è molto piacevole, divertente ed interessante, il direttore di sala Ettore al ristorante sa interpretare i gusti dei clienti e consigliare molto bene

Cons:

Pulizia del bagno non soddisfacente all'arrivo, inoltre il bagno necessiterebbe di ristrutturazione, la camera standard era buia a causa di una finestra piccolissima
