Lovely hotel for family holiday
Pros:

Comfy rooms, clean and tidy. Exceptionally friendly staff. Nice and beautiful marble pool. Travelled with 2 kids and they enjoyed the hotel very much. Not too much noise from close by restaurants or traffic so got a good night's sleep. Good location, beach and stores near by. Nice view from the balcony. Well equipped cute little kitchen. I will definitely come back!

Beautiful views and very comfortable apartment stay
Pros:

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and we were very happy to find out that we had been given a room on the top floor. :-) The staff who checked us in were absolutely lovely and friendly, as were all the staff we encountered, from the whole reception team to the bar staff. When getting into the apartment we found it very comfortable with a large balcony with enough room for 4 chairs and a table. The view was absolutely perfect! There was a small kitchenette area, which was quite well equipped with saucepans and cooking utensils. The cleaners also do a fantastic job and there was not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere! There is a fairly good size supermarket just over the road which was very convenient. The TV was very good, with a lot of different channels in various languages which was a nice surprise. The pool area was lovely, as well as the bar area surrounding it.

Cons:

There was a little bit of noise from the road below which could be distracting when buses went by. Also, depending on what neighbours you have, you might be able to hear them through the walls. We mostly had quite quiet people, but one evening from about 6pm-9pm all we could hear was banging of a child running up and down their apartment and people dragging furniture around and coughing until the early hours.

Loved it and would come back
Pros:

Maracaibo was excellent for us. We had our 10 months old daughter with us, which meant we were in the room quite a lot of the time, and also meant the nights weren’t always that silent.
The room allowed her enough space to play but without too much unnecessary furniture and decorations she could topple over. The staff were all extremely kind to us and to her. The cleaner was always very keen to help, clean, replace towels, etc.
we generally felt really at home.c left to our own devices enough and taken care of enough.

Cons:

The gym is an outdoor gym. I’d guess the only thing that actually get used there is the pull-up bar. Everything else (steppers and bicycles) - I didn’t see anyone use them.
The route to the beach is very easy, but it’s got many steps so if you’re travelling with a buggy, you’ll need to carry the buggy in your arms a lot. We got used to it with my wife carrying the baby and me carrying the buggy, but without too much more than one kid or less than two parents it would be very difficult.

Thanks for the wonderful stay
Pros:

Close to the beach, very clean and lovely apartment and the hotel staff is very nice. The swimming pool is heated and great.
