Fine, but not a good match for us.
Pros:

It was a fine: good beds, friendly staff, but unfortunately the place wasn't a good fit for us, personally.

Cons:

Both our neighbours were chain smokers, so we couldn't open our patio door without being greeted by constant smoke, we hated it. We asked to move, and the staff was nice offering us alternative solutions. Our second try was better, but next to the bar, so there was always music playing, not too loud but always on until close to midnight. And the drains could be quite smelly. I think a fan would be a fantastic addition to eliminate some noise while getting some airflow.
