Staff are great, the location is perfect for first time travellers. Metro is 5 minutes away, most major locations are just 15/20 minutes away by metro. The rooms are very very small but that is expected. Overall it was clean but bathroom did have a slight smell. A nice stay and everything was decent for the price.
Our room looked a little tired, but it was comfortable and the bathroom facilities (and water pressure) were excellent. There are plenty of places to eat close by (e.g. The Mermaid and It Coffee) and the nearest Metro station is a short walk away. We appreciated the coffee and pastries available in the mornings - not a full breakfast but enough to get you started. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.
We were very grateful that the TV allowed for streaming from our own apps, but clear instructions (in English) would have helped us understand the process sooner! While a laundry service is available, it's relatively expensive compared to a laundromat (the nearest one is tucked in a side street about 10 minutes' walk away).
Great location, only a few stations away from every main area in Tokyo. Staffs are all nice. The shower pressure was the best I’ve ever experienced. We did not use the breakfast service however they look great.
Aircon duct was very dusty and mouldy around the area.

낮은가격에 조식까지 포함이라고 되어있어 기대했는데, 그냥 조리음식은 없고 간단한 커피랑 빵, 시리얼 몇가지 뿐인 그냥 간식 수준의 조식에, 테이블 없이 들고 방으로 가서 먹어야 하는 방식입니다.
먹을게 없어서 그냥 커피만 마시고 조식은 밖에서 먹었습니다. 차라리 조식 제공이라고 안하는게 나을거 같습니다.
Staff were kind and accommodating.
Old ancient hotel that is extremely dusty and in need of a renovation. Rooms are so tiny. Single room advertised for two people was absolutely not big enough. Only reason we did not switch hotels was because there was no availability elsewhere. Cabinets literally falling off and window not closed when we got to the room!

Room was 250sq/ft 30 sq. Ft. Smaller than listed but big for Tokyo. Breakfast was more than bread with cereal and orange juice. Great location.
Hallways and elevators were not clean. Below standards fortunately the room was clean/
Perfect stay prefect location. Definitely will stay again when in Japan!
