Omjer cijene i kvalitete izuzetno je loš. Hotel nikako ne preporučujem i sigurno se ne bih ponovno vratila.

Vrlo razočaravajuće iskustvo i izrazito loš odnos prema gostima.

Na doručak sam došla 20 minuta prije službenog završetka, no osoblje mi je reklo da više ne poslužuju hranu. Ako je doručak predviđen do određenog vremena, onda bi gostima trebao biti dostupan do tada.

Još neugodnije iskustvo dogodilo se prilikom odjave iz hotela. Čistačica je ušla u moju sobu čak 20 minuta prije službenog vremena odjave, koje je bilo u 11 sati, te me na vrlo neljubazan i neugodan način pitala mislim li uskoro izaći iz sobe. Smatram takvo ponašanje krajnje neprofesionalnim i nepristojnim, posebno jer vrijeme odjave još nije ni nastupilo.

Hotel je definitivno preskup za ono što nudi. Razina usluge gotovo da i ne postoji, osoblje se ponaša kao da su gosti smetnja, a ne osobe koje plaćaju boravak. Uz sve navedeno, i čistoća hotela je upitna.

Za cijenu koju naplaćuju očekivala bih barem osnovnu razinu profesionalnosti, ljubaznosti i higijene. Umjesto toga, stekla sam dojam da je jedino važno naplatiti boravak i što prije se riješiti gostiju.
