The rooms are spacious, and the property includes open spaces around. There is adequate parking space within the property and there is a dormitory for vehicle drivers. The staff at the front office, housekeeping and F&B are extremely helpful and very professional. The quality of food is very good, and the attitude of the excellent F&B staff needs a special mention for the personal touch in looking after the needs of every guest.
While effort is taken to maintain the building, there is a prevailing musty smell in the rooms, and an excessive use of room fresheners to mask this smell.

The location of the hotel is good. The property has a nice sit out and the staff is friendly although they need training sessions to be more responsive.
The property requires a major renovation. Paint chipping off at some places, damp patches interiors and upholstery need a change. The parking area inside has to be better managed

Old place but needs upgrade to the linen and the mattress, also needs pest control. Food is super and so is service. Only good place in this town.
