We upgraded to a jacuzzi room. It was large enough for two.
The water pressure was poor in the room. No breakfast offered.
Found a needle rig whatever they call them in the coffee pot of are room we had are 5 yr old daughter with us they didn't seem bother by it like it was just a normal thing
I think the room would be less musty if the had dehumidifiers in them to regulate the humity in the room.
Good location, easy to find and get in and out of.
The breakfast was barely existent, not enough space to seat all our party. Definitely not enough food for everyone in our party. It was a nonsmoking hotel but there was a cigarette burn in one comforter. The light in one bathroom would not turn on (did not report it, I’m sure it would have been fixed or us moved but we were only there one night and not worth the trouble). Wouldn’t stay here again, the breakfast was on listing but is only on weekends.
It was a great location, had a pool, and had a convenient trolley stop. It was very clean when I went in; it smelled strongly of pinesol. I also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast.
The toilet didn't always flush quite right and was struggling to fill up the tank. Management didn't communicate the wifi password. However, overall management was nice and my stay was great for the price. Having a pool and complimentary breakfast included was great as well.
Clean excellent customer service. And fantastic value.
Dated facility and missed optional continental breakfast
The hospitality was great, the location was great.
They only had breakfast on the weekend
We had 1 dog with us on this trip and were initially put in a "pet room". There was an awful odor and dead bugs in the window sill and floor. The staff vacuumed up the bugs and sprayed bug spray in the window. We went out for an hour or 2 for dinner, and we returned to more bugs over the vanity and crawling on the ceiling above our beds! We packed everything into the car and asked for a refund so we could stay elsewhere. They offered us another room, which we did accept. It was cleaner and smelled better, but beds were very uncomfortable and the water took 10 minutes or longer to warm up for a shower. We were also awakened by rude people (possibly living there) stomping up and down the stairs and yelling at 3 AM. No offer to refund any of our money for our troubles of having to move rooms. Only a halfway sincere apology. We will mark this motel off our list for our future stays.
Property entrance is locked after hours 10PM and you would have to go around a back or side entrance to enter into your room. No lobby after hours and no attending staff.
