Nice spa tub. Bed slept well.

The air in our room wasn’t working
The location was good.
Where to begin..... the stairs to get into the room were broken and rotten. We had a king room and the bed was broken down in the middle giving you a bent pretzle kind of feeling. To get "hot" water you had to wait almost 30 mins for it to get hot to bathe. The room was mid at best, for what we paid we were not impressed.
Love the balcony, staff, and the quietness. Also, very close to town, but still away a bit.
Bathrooms should have plungers. Had a bit of a musky smell. Other than that, it was a good stay.
Close to passion play.
Small pool for as many rooms as there was. No hot water in show at 5 in the morning. TV had only one station. No lock on bathroom door.

False advertisement stating Free Breakfast included in price. Poor seal on outside door.
Room was ok. Bed was ok. There was no breakfast I could see. Not even a congenial. Breakfast. No. Pool was nice.

The desk clerk Marie was fantastic! Just loved her!!
NOt too much. The stairs was ultra hard for me using a cain. Was confirmed for lower floor but got stuck with upper floor. They did their best since they were full.

Everything! First room was disgusting and second woke us up with lots music and clapping at 5AM! Completely unacceptable conditions.
