Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel twice now every time we've come to Eureka Springs! We greatly appreciated how close it was to the downtown and shopping centers. The price for our family has by very reasonable everytime!

Location and price, and lady at front desk.

Cons:

Wrong room, want smoking queen room. Got non smoking. Hot water took 15 minutes to get warm. Heater didn't work very well.

I would definitely recommend it people who want a friendly and quiet place to stay!
Pros:

Very nice staff great location and very quiet!

Cons:

There was a smell that I couldn’t find where it was coming from but while ur in bed in particular place u could smell it I tried to clean carpet and table but never left so that was not cool!

Rooms were clean tvs worked hot worked worked and didn't run out

Cons:

Been ok for younger people. But 3 of us were older with mobility issues we were put on bottom level and had to go down steep stairs made things very difficult. Had to swipe room keys multiple times to get to work. Not enough towels for 5 people between 2 rooms and office hardly ever had anyone in working. Last day a women kept walking up to our room to look in and walked back and forth srpund our truck like she was going to approach us but never did
