十分満足できた
Pros:

駅近で快適。このホテルは同じ建物でのホテルとして三代目と思われるが（1990年開業）、古さを感じさせない。バスルームは他の一般的なホテルのユニットバス的なものではなく、きちんとしたもの。

Cons:

窓の外側が掃除されておらず、景色が見づらい。あるいは、景色を見ると外側の汚れが目立つ。

快適でした。
Pros:

駅から近い。スタッフの皆さんが親切でフレンドリー。部屋や朝食会場からライトラインも見られて子供が喜んでいました。部屋も清潔でした。フロントにキッズエリアがあり、楽しめました。シャワーヘッドもいいやつでした。ジムもあり、夫が朝軽く運動していました。

Cons:

駅前だからか、少しだけ外から騒がしい声が聞こえました。

宇都宮へ来たら、また泊まらせて頂きます
Pros:

JR宇都宮駅の新しい商業施設等からも近い
黄色い路面電車が部屋から良く見えた
一階にファミリーマートと美味しい餃子屋（オリオン）が入っている
大きいクルマでなければ敷地内のタワーパーキングに停めれる
泊まった部屋はバスタブ等も新しく、備品も最近のビジネスホテルよりきちんとしていた

Cons:

お値段が手頃なせいか、朝から早朝出発の学生さん？や隣の部屋の声が騒がしかった
しかし枕が２種あったり、部屋に冷凍冷蔵庫、フロントにはフリードリンクのコーヒーメーカーがあったりと、目的を考えれば許容範囲
