とても良かったです
Pros:

宇都宮駅と近く、買い物、観光に便利でした。また、チェックアウト後も、荷物を預かってくださり、観光を楽しめました。

Cons:

エアコンが、全館共通だったちめ、温度調節ができず、寒いときがありました。

フロントスタッフ、お掃除スタッフの対応　ちゃんと挨拶してくれて　気持ちよく過ごせました

フロントのコーヒーマシンのコーヒー　美味しかったです

シャワーも適度な水圧でした

Cons:

バスルーム　キレイにしてあるのに　換気口についているホコリが気になりました

エアコン、換気口などのホコリは　喘息持ちには大敵なので
こういうところも　頑張ってキレイにしてもらえると　安心して利用できます

Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the room wasn't huge but it was clean and there was enough room on the floor to open and pick through a large suitcase. Quite a comfortable layout which th plenty of power points if that's what you need. The location is fairly central, easy to access from the Shinkansen, and a nice starting point to go for a walk and see the surrounding area.
