Sammy Dalat Hotel

Hotel look nice outside but facilities aren't upgraded. No air-con.

Nice hotel and location. I lived in level 1, room 10#. Room is clean but sewage smell is disturbing when enter master bath area. Hotel used strong deodorant scent but sewage smell remain. I hope this issue will be fixed soon.

The hotel was reasonable in terms of price and comfort. If you are traveling from the West and expecting a 5 star hotel, well you need to mute your expectations - Vietnam is a still a relatively poor, developing country. The hotel is ideally located. The staff was exceptional and very helpful probably the best feature of the hotel.

フロントの周辺レストランの知識が不十分でした。

とても便利な場所にあり、サービスもすばらしかったです。お湯も熱いし、清掃は手早いし、勤勉さが感じられました。

マーケットからは少し離れたところにあるがおそらく歩いてもいける距離（私はタクシーで移動した）。マーケット周辺はかなりうるさいだろうからこのくらいの距離がベストかもしれない。フロントの対応は必要最低限で笑顔のかけらもないが、ベトナムではこれは普通だろう。荷物持ちのスタッフは打って変わって親切だった。最初、予約内容と違う部屋に案内されたが、抗議したらフロントからは何の詫びもない代わりに、荷物持ちの方が親身な様子で違う部屋に連れていってくれた。部屋も普通に綺麗。水と果物の無料サービスは嬉しい。とくにこれといった長所もないが、大きくて、ホテルらしいホテルだと感じた。ダラットのホテルの中では大きいので、誰でも知っているだろうと思われる。ベトナム語の話せないわたしにはそういう意味で安心感があった。

The hotel was crowded with lots of tour groups from Vietnam and Russia. Breakfast in the morning was a mad rush for seats and food. Room was big but shower flooded the bathroom floor because of structural layout of bathtub.

Comfor & clean, bellman to from from desk they are try help anything need, breakfast is excellent , room good size , the bed is super comfor and clean, the only problem is free massage is not easy booking for it until really want to wait on list. Other than that this hotel is best choice .

Restaurant and bar service need improvement. Hotel is in good shape. Just prepared for the bugle at 5am from the adjacent government building.

Great hotel, good night club located at hotel.

Great hotel, good location.breakfast was average, but not bad just lacking in fruit! Hotel really needs to work on teaching their staf a llittle bit or basis English, as a 4 star tourist hotel the lack of English, would prevent me from returning. We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is beautiful rooms spacious, minutes walking from the town I would recommend the Sammy Dalat.

Spent 3 nights at Sammy's, in it's day it would have been been very grand, spacious rooms, lovely old furniture, but it needs a full makeover, staff were friendly, limited English, location, wasn't bad, you did need to walk a fair distance to town. We loved Dalat and the hotel was an experience.

Very enjoyable hotel. Clean and cosy, but with some windows facing the backyard with dogs barking early in the morning.

good facilities apart from bathrrom plumbing leaked all over the floor each time the shower was used.Service in restaurant and housekeeping was very slack. The gym, spa and sauna that are advertised are non-existent. Staff very courteous.

The Sammy Dalat hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. The only thing I would complain about was that there was no air conditioning. It is fairly cool there though so it was not that big of an issue really. The breakfast buffet was good and the wifi was good. The location was near everything so that was great. For the money it was very good. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Dalat.

very nice room,but hotel look like saving power,when we arrived is afternoon,hotel turn off light so we even can't see where is the key hole! But when we open the door,the room is really nice ,the bathroom is really very big!! Room was Clean but service just OK,the restaurant service very slow when we order a lunch,it looks no other one eat here,but food is nice! We will come again when we next time to Da Lat.

The room was ok but there was no airconditioning. There was also a bit of noise from the neighbouring school which starts at 7.00 am.
