The rooms were much bigger than I thought it was going to be. Very clean and comfortable. The layout of the room was perfect

スタッフのみなさまも親切で、なにより朝ごはんが素晴らしく大満足でした。
大満足の脱衣所の電気がきれていて暗かったのでそれだけが残念です。

フロントの男性スタッフが、皆さん、丁寧で一生懸命で、すごく居心地良く過ごせました。アメニティも備え付けでなく、必要な分だけロビーで取る方式で、スキンケア類はみんなオーガニック。ボディタオルは余分にもらってしまいました。地味ですが、大事なこと、フロントでエスプレッソまたはコーヒーが飲み放題です。展望大浴場が朝から開いているので、目覚めのエスプレッソを飲んで朝風呂という最高の１日のスタートでした。駅からも近いです。

ちょっと離れるけど、快適なホテル
Pros:

足羽川を見渡す静かなホテル。
駅から少し離れますが、十分に歩ける距離です。

２月に約１週間ほど出張滞在しました。
毎晩仕事を終えてから、酒はもちろん、へしこやら蟹やら鰤やらおでんやらが美味しい駅近辺の居酒屋に飲みに出かけ、小雪のなか酔い醒ましに散歩して帰ってました。
駅周辺からてれてれと歩いて10分ぐらい。

部屋は清潔で静か、最上階の大浴場は温泉ではないけど広くて快適。
朝ごはんもひと手間かかった優しさ。

出張でも旅行でも、福井の空気を楽しめると思います。

全体的には、快適に過ごせました。朝食も、小鉢で種類豊富で大満足。スタッフの方々の対応もとても丁寧でした。
部屋も無駄に広くなくちょうどいい、テーブルの広さもちょうど良い大きさで過ごしやすかったです。
備品も、色々揃っていて、でも過剰なアメニティもなく、気持ちよかったです。

ただ、残念だったのが、椅子に大きなシミがついていた事、先に宿泊された方がつけていかれたのだとは思いましたが、他の点がとても快適だったので、気になりました（簡単にとれない汚れだったのでしょうね）
また、福井市に宿泊する機会があればぜひこちらを選びます。春なら川沿いに桜が綺麗なのではないでしょうか。

駅からちょっと離れてますが、歩ける距離です。
ご年配の方にはキツイかも。
部屋も清潔だったし、宿泊費を考えれば満足です。
後、朝食も美味しかったです。

チェックイン時に対応してくれた方が慣れていないのか？
予約済みなのに見つけられず、別の方が素早くフォローして下さいました。

接客業ですからね、客を不安にさせないようにするのは鉄則かと。
フロントの方が眉間に皺を寄せているのを初めて見ました。
