Pros:

The room was very nice, excellent view. Large comfortable bed., separate lounge.

Cons:

The bathroom exhaust fan was quite loud and could not be turned off.

Nice but NO LAKE VIEW
Pros:

It’s a nice 20 minute walk in to Queenstown and easily accessible for the buses.

Cons:

The advertising looked like the rooms had a lake view, lounge and full kitchen. The room we had was a back room with zero view. So just be aware of what you are getting.

Clean and comfortable but needs signage within the complex.
Pros:

Very clean and walkable to city centre

Cons:

Confusing trying to find our room and the key drop box. A few simple signs would have helped. This is a long property (with stairs) so dragging a suitcase around trying to find the room was not much fun. We saw so many confused people!

Pros:

location was perfect. quite comfortable room.

Cons:

we booked Lake view room but it was not quite it. could not have the great view of lake from the room. asked for making the room on the second day but only bed was made, no cleaning in living room and bathroom or towel change.

Mountain views
Pros:

I loved the view!!! That was the best part for me. The beds were so comfortable its the best sleep I've had away from home. The staff were lovely and our place was always sparkling clean with coffee pods topped up when we returned from our adventures

Cons:

Nothing. This place has all the comforts of home. I would recommend booking out the entire suite though even if it's only 2 guests just for the view and privacy
