Comfortable stay walking distance from town
Pros:

Good location, with a short walk to the waterfront in Queenstown.

Cons:

For the nightly fee, we would have expected a higher standard of the room. The room had spilt milk splatter on the door, dirt marks on the carpet, and some of the furniture worn out, scratched and outdated.

Amazing lake views and a great location, but the service could be improved.
Pros:

The lake view from the property was absolutely stunning and easily the highlight of our stay. Waking up to the beautiful scenery of the lake and mountains made the experience very special. The room itself was comfortable and well-designed, and the location is great for exploring Queenstown.

Cons:

The service could definitely be improved. Communication and responsiveness from staff were not always consistent, and some requests were either delayed or not properly addressed. Better attention to guest service would make the stay much better.

Convenient location with a spectacular view.
Pros:

The view was stunning and located close enough to town. The gas fire was a lovely touch 🥰

Cons:

There were a few little things that were annoying. Tiny beds, a doubled over doona, a very noisy bathroom fan, lights not on separate switches and a broken laundry trough tap. Room service was so late one day we were getting ready for dinner, so sent them away 🤷🏼‍♀️ For what we paid it didn’t quite hit the mark.

Pros:

The cleanness.

Cons:

Tee booked 2-bedroom apartment, which is, to be honest, much smaller than the average. We stayed at the ground level and just face the parking space. The view is different from the pictures shown in the website.

Unfortunately it was a disappointing stay, and it was very underwhelming for the price paid.
Pros:

The location was good and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately it was a very small space for the price paid. There were multiple stains and marks on the floor and furniture, and the lighting was very poor. Felt that the air conditioning unit didn't work properly and the extractor fan in the bathroom rattled and was exceptionally loud.

Le fait d'entendre le voisin fermé et ouvrir sa porte
Devoir fermé les stores parce que les clients passent au niveau de la fenêtre ou que le voisin viennent fumer une cigarette

Pros:

Lovely apartment overlooking the lake and mountain. Very clean with clever features like blinds and shutters. Great underground car park and a reasonable walk to town in the evening. Staff went out of their way to help.

Cons:

Read the details carefully. For the money I expected a superior room to be better. I paid extra to change to an apartment. The upgrade wasn't expensive. The view includes the road but we got used to it quickly.
Be aware that the walk into town includes hills.
