Lovely view and spacious
The attached room next door- the noise transfers and you can hear everything.
Clean. Very friendly and professional staff. Lake view rooms. It was absolutely amazing. Will stay here again if we visit Queenstown again
.
Walk into town was approximately 10-15 minutes. View of lake amazing only if you have a room with a view
Washing machine and dryer outside our room
I didn’t read the fine print about the room. We were at the back of the building and the room was very small for 2 people and we felt like we were in a Dungeon. We were booked for 3 nights. I would definitely recommend booking a room with a view as the hotel overlooks the lake.
We asked for an upgrade and we were given 2 different prices by staff. The upgrade was not a room with a view but exactly the same just up one level for approx $150 more a night. The breakfast included was not great. Once again I didn’t read the fine print and it was a very poor continental breakfast that didn’t get replaced each day. All that was provided was 6 slices of bread, juice, 4 small yoghurts, 2 apples, and some cornflakes. Not enough milk for 3 days.
not much
lady staff reception was not friendly at all everything was too much trouble
this was very disappointing accommodation. the room was very dark, no view. the window was covered with outside shutters. there was no comfortable chair to sit in, no luggage rack so suitcase had to be on ground. the only access to room was via stairs, narrow and steep and especially hard with a suitcase. This certainly was not 5 star accommoation and not value for money.
The quality of the furniture in the lounge room was un acceptable for a quality apartment complex. The dining chair seats were collapsing the coffee table was scratched - all should replaced sometime ago.
Love view and spacious apartment with all amenities. For extra $10 a day you get a good parking under cover.
The shower- need a better shower head.
Lake View was fabulous. The 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious.
The apartment is getting tired and needs a refurb.
Beautiful view, comfortable bed
Check in was terrible, they had lost my booking. Was visible food scraps under the couch.
Nothing. The facilities demonstrated how to maximise revenue and minimise customer service. We had the neighbouring tenants knock on our door at midnight and opened and shut their door several times. Not certain why they did it as we were seldom in the complex because of its low-grade service and facilities. The venetians in the room were dusty. The desk chair had no padding in the seat and you sunk into it. To charge for breakfast was a complete waste of money. Breakfast is essentially self-serve in room with a jar of cornfakes, some frozen sour dough bread, sachets of jams and magarine, some milk and an apple and two kiwi fruit. In the afternoon when cleaning the room they would jsut top that up again. We were there 2 nights and the cost of breakfast for two of us $120. There is no way this is a 5-star facility. Even though parking in underneath their two-storey facility they charge you for that even after paying ridiculous prices for the two nights we stayed their now that we experienced the apartments. Be careful on what photos you see and exactly what you will get. If you have a suitcase you have to drag it up two levels of stairs as there is no elevator.
As above.
Comfortable and clean. Friendly and informative staff.
Hot water took minutes to come through and no butter knives or appropriate utensils for the in room continental breakfast.. Pathway lighting prevented our ability to blackout the room.
