Sound of footsteps and rolling suitcases through the windows at about 6:30am. No elevators.

Good for a short stay close to the city.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, within walking distance to downtown Queenstown.

Cons:

The room is small for two people but fine for one night. There are also a few stairs to navigate (no lift) so people with mobility issues may struggle.

Great views, spacious. Ideal location for walking into town. On bus route too.

So disappointed ☹️

I liked the view of the lake.

Cons:

This is 5 star resort but the room hasn't got the phone so if you need something I had to walk 5 mins to get it, also cleaner comes after 3 pm.. not in the morning what a very strange hours.

Also they didn't clean the room properly either, I was there to watch them clean and I could tell they didn't do clean up, asked vacuum the floor twice and didn't do properly,

Also the bed was really old and mattress didn't support my back, so I got back pain every morning. I was sank into bed literally. It was really bad mattress.

I was expecting more than this and paid for alot of money, now I will never booked this resort again. So disappointed.

Only one chair and this sagged
Room was not ready
Had asked for 2 beds and we were given, staff did not like to change it
Beds were poorly made
No where comfortable to sit

So many steps to walk up

It was very over priced, claimed to be 5 star and definitely was not!!!

Great size if you are staying in Queenstown for a few days. Bed was super comfortable.

Super expensive for what it is but in saying that, that’s Queenstown for you.
