Prima verblijf voor 1 nacht. Eenvoudig ontbijt,

Cons:

Bij aankomst was er niemand aanwezig bij de receptie. Na 10 minuten wachten zijn weg gegaan. Drie kwartier later was er wel iemand. We gaven aan er om 15.15 uur niemand was. Daar werd nauwelijks op gereageerd. Geen excuses.

Cons:

Todo estaba sucio. Escogimos la opción de estudio, y eso implicaba que ya no nos limpiaba nada. En la cocina apenas había vajilla. Te pedían que dejaras todo limpio para el siguiente, pero no te daban ni una bayeta, ni jabón para limpiar, que lo tenías que comprar tú. También pedían que metieras las cosas al lavavajillas, pero no te daban las pastillas debía limpiar claro. Lo mismo pasaba con el papel higiénico, debía correr de nuestra cuenta. Una vergüenza, ya que no dejamos de estar en un hotel. En general faltaba higiene, había papeles usados debajo del sofá que no eran nuestros… Apenas había vajilla, 4 tenedores y unos 5 platos, todo para 2 personas… Las sartenes estaban viejas y era imposible cocinar ahí. En el congelador no cabía nada porque estaba lleno de hielo, así que tampoco lo pudimos utilizar.

Al met al okee, maar wel rekening houden met de ligging van je kamer

Ontbijt, kamer zelf was prima. De locatie is prettig dicht bij het centrum.

Cons:

Het pand is gehorig, niet zozeer tussen de kamers, maar wel wat betreft de geluiden op de gang. Wij hadden een kamer aan de straatzijde. De ramen zijn van enkele glas en straat geluiden, wandelaars, mensen die in en uit het hotel gaan zijn goed te horen. Verduisteringsgordijnen sluiten ook niet helemaal. Met oordoppen en gezichtsmasker is het goed te doen, maar daar moet je dan wel aan gedacht hebben om mee te nemen.

Séjour agréable mais gâché par l'accueil à l'hôtel.

Cons:

Accueil du personnel mauvais. La barrière de la langue n'explique pas tout. Pas de réponse à notre demande pour la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas. Prestations du petit déjeuner tout juste correctes.

Aufgrund der beschriebenen Mängel war das unser letzter Aufenthalt im Bridges House!

Tolle Lage. Hübsches Zimmer. Schöner Ausblick.

Cons:

Heizung ging im ganzen Haus nicht, im Dezember bei Minusgraden. Auf Beschwerde und Nachfrage wurde uns empfohlen, die Klimaanlage als Heizung zu benutzen. Diese wiederum verursachte die ganze Nacht großen Lärm, zudem zog es. Erst nach einen Tag und mehreren Nachfragen und Beschwerden und Ankündigung unseres Auszuges, wurde uns ein Radiator zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Frühstücksraum blieb eiskalt. Die verantwortliche Dame war ausgesprochen patzig, unkooperativ und hat auch jegliche Entschädigung verweigert. Wir waren in den letzten 10 Jahren mehrmals dort und immer zufrieden, jedoch hat die Qualität deutlich nachgelassen. Das Personal zum Teil überfordert und/oder gleichgültig. Manche waren jedoch sehr bemüht.

De ligging. Dicht bij het plein, station en de fitness.

Het ontbijt en de kamer op zich was wel mooi.

Cons:

Het douchegordijn was ervan gevallen na 1 keer douchen. De verwarming viel uiteen en 1 rolluik was kapot. Tenslotte vond ik het ook niet proper. Bv. Op het bordje die op de frigo stond lagen er nog kruimels.

Ruime kamer, goede bedden en fijne badkamer. Midden in het centrum. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

De ontbijtruimte is netjes verzorgd maar is wat klein voor het aantal mensen dat aanwezig was.

locatie was perfect, voor ons alles op loopafstand , ruime kamer, heerlijke bedden, mooi terras, de kamer was wat sober ingericht maar dat had geen invloed op het verblijf, douchen in een badkuip vinden wij niet fijn, maar alles werkte prima . ontbijt was prima

Ik zou de koffiemachine op een andere plaats zetten, de locatie van de koffiemachine verstopt de looproute van het ontbijt buffet

I would very happily stay here again.
Pros:

Location is amazing. The space of my studio and the comfort was excellent. And the price was extremely good value.

Cheap and cheerful for the self-sufficient

The location was really good and the room was functional.

Cons:

The lady that checked us in seemed really unhappy to be there and was pretty dismissive.

Our window was locked open by housekeeping before we arrived and it took 3/4 of our stay to get it resolved. However all of the people we spoke to about the window were helpful and friendly.
