Nice clean room in the main hotel. Delighted to see a bath!. Location couldn't be better. The steep stairs were a challenge but gratefully accepted.

Skvělá lokalita v centru Delftu. Kousek na nádraží, kousek na náměstí, do kaváren i na trhy. Hotel je hned před grachtem a má to dobrou atmosféru.
Pokoj už má něco za sebou. V pokojích jsme sice měli čisto, ale občas někde byly fleky na stěnách nebo čalounění. Chtělo by to renovaci. Snídaně byla spíš podprůměrná, paní na recepci vyloženě protivná.

It is something they cannot change. The stairs are very steep and turn. Almost verticsl at one point. The treads become very nsrrow. Hard to maneuver luggage.
Not suitable if you have any physical impairment
The location was top notch. Breakfast was good.
Despite our efforts to be friendly and engaging towards the staff, their response was generally bland and disinterested. Also, it would have been nice to have been provided with more than a small wafer of soap.

De locatie was top. Mooie ruime kamer met een goed bed.
De hygiëne in de badkamer. Ook hadden we maar 1 kleine handdoek voor ons 2. (Beiden wel een grote handdoek) En 1 tube shampoo en bodylotion voor ons 2. Gelukkig had ik zelf douchegel mee.
Het ontbijt was heel pover. Op zondag enkel salami of komijnkaas of gewone kaas als broodbeleg. (Daarnaast natuurlijk wel eieren, confituur, choco...)
Die Lage ist toll und belebt.
In den 6 Tagen wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gesäubert. Toiletten Papier und Handtücher mussten angefordert werden.
La struttura è ben posizionata, vicina alla stazione e al centro per muoversi a piedi. L'ambiente è accogliente ma con piccole accortezze potrebbe essere meglio. Colazione semplice ma buona. La mattina al check out abbiamo chiesto di poter lasciare le valigie per un paio d'ore e abbiamo pagato 5 euro per il servizio.
La posizione è ottima.
L'edificio e le camere necessitano di avere manutenzione ed essere rinnovate. La pulizia non è ottima. Abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda che è mancata per un paio d'ore. La colazione è di medio livello. Lo staff è cortese ma poco esperto nel risolvere i problemi.

The drain in our room was quite clogged and the knob to turn on the rain shower was loose and fell out of the wall.

Chambre assez grande et calme, hôtel très bien situé et petit déjeuner agréable.
Escalier pour monter aux chambres très raide et entrée dans baignoire compliquée. Trouver une chaussette d'un client précédent sous le lit ne semble pas montrer un ménage approfondi.
The location is very central but came with some noise from outside late into the night on Friday and Saturday
