Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt in der Altstadt, in der Nähe von Bahnhof und Straßenbahn. Das Frühstück ist ausgiebig, die Betten sehr bequem, Klimaanlage ist im Zimmer. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und groß, wie auch das Zimmer.

Cons:

Vor allem der 3. Stock ist nur über eine extrem steile Stiege erreichbar, die Fenster waren stark verschmutzt, was wegen der schönen Aussicht schade war, Staub wischen wäre auch einmal gut.

Vriendelijk, centraal, basic. Een ruime voldoende
Pros:

Centrale ligging, midden in t centrum.
Vlakbij het station, gratis bewaakte fietsenstalling.
Op de fiets naar Musical in t Prinsentheater

Cons:

Screens konden niet naar beneden.
Wel verduisteringsgordijnen, die dus snel dicht gedaan, hermt was een warme dag. Er was ook een airco, dus kregen het wel koeler

Pros:

Perfekte Lage, hübsches Cafe, passables Frühstück, nette Bedienung

Cons:

Die Information bzgl. Parkmöglichkeiten war unzureichend ubd teils fehlerhaft.
Schmale steile Treppen. Mit schwerem Gepäck könnten diese bei älteren Hotelgästen zum Problem werden.

Great location but all a bit frayed
Pros:

We had a canal view room (10) which made the stay for us. Fantastic central location convenient for everything. Vey Hardworking breakfast staff.

Cons:

The decor and furnishings very tired and worn. Very steep steps up to rooms - very Dutch - but s bit of a challenge for oldies with luggage. Breakfast buffet not bad but would have appreciated a prepared fruit salad. Check in was strangely unwelcoming.

Prima hotel voor in het centrum
Pros:

We hadden een ruime kamer (4 bedden, lijkt familiekamer) en de badkamer was ruim. Alles was schoon en fris. Ontbijt was ruim voldoende.

Cons:

Niets viel tegen, het is een karakteristiek pand met hier en daar misschien wat onderhoud nodig maar heeft ook charmes. Geen gevaarlijk situaties die hierdoor ontstaan.

A big shame really as the hotel has lot going for it! Certainly room for improvement and had a lot potential!!
Pros:

A lovely central position with a lot of potential with a bit more care. We were in room 1 on the ground floor, a large room with a patio.

Cons:

The tv didn’t work, the air conditioning didn’t work, a high level window was open and we couldn’t reach to close it, the room had dust on the skirting boards and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. When the young lady on reception was confronted by the complaints, she went to have look, muttering under her breath and was grumpy and rude!! Also the lovely room 1 outside patio was untidy, unmanaged with empty bottles and dirty glasses just left on the table!!

Verrassend, mooi, gastvrij en ontspannen overnachten midden in hartje Delft.
Pros:

De vriendelijke gastvrijheid van de eigenares en haar man. Vanaf moment 1 voel je je er welkom in de gezellige entree met haar warme aankleding. De kamer op de begane grond was erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs een waaier met dit snikhete weer.

Cons:

Ondanks dat er goed hun best gedaan werd vond ik het ontbijt wat karig, er waren weinig brood varianten, ik miste de chocopasta voor op de croissants, en meer fruit was ook lekker geweest. Had voor de kamer prijs wat meer mogen zijn.

Bis auf unser Zimmer war der Aufenthalt sehr gut.
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr gut. Frühstück war ausreichend.
Badezimmer war sehr gut, von der Größe bis zur Ausstattung.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer in der 3. Etage wird als Comfort Zimmer (Nr.31) abgebildet. Aussicht zum Hinterhof. Der Aufstieg zum Zimmer war mehr als gefährlich. Sehr enger Flur, sehr schmale Stufen und das auf drei ET. Für Gäste ab 50 Jahre mit Gepäck,
vollkommen ungeeignet und gefährlich!! Das sollte bei Booking.com auf jeden Fall vermerkt werden.
Das Zimmer in der 3.ET als Comfort anzupreisen, ist mehr als ein Hohn.

Pros:

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schon einmal hier – damals war es noch in Ordnung. Jetzt wirkt das Hotel jedoch deutlich heruntergekommen.
Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist der Zustand nicht mehr angemessen. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend: wenig Auswahl und keine gute Qualität.
Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr dem erwarteten Standard.
