Pros:

La posizione della struttura è perfetta per visitare il centro e per raggiungere la stazione a piedi. Anche l' imbarco per la crociera dei canali è a un minuto a piedi. Si tratta di una casa tipica con scale ripide per raggiungere le camere che comunque sono ampie. La colazione è sufficiente con piccola scelta di dolce e salato.
Buon prezzo complessivamente.

Cons:

I bagni anche se ampi e puliti non hanno box doccia ma vasca con doccia interna. Saponi in dotazione scarsi ma aggiunti dopo richiesta. Asciugamani macchiati di rossetto sostituiti con altri bucati. Moquette in terra. Il deposito bagagli prevede 5€ a camera. L' odore di bruciato dalla cucina arriva nelle camere fino al secondo piano.

Served its purpose for being central.
Pros:

Studios. Looked unattractive on outside but everything was good inside. Wonderful bathroom with plenty hot water for baths.

Cons:

Fresh air or air conditioning. The fan did help. Some washing up liquid and dishwater tablets and a towel for drying kitchen stuff.

goed maar kon beter
Pros:

kamer was heel ruim en badkamer was ook goed voorzien en de locatie was heel goed kort bij alle gelegenheden en toch rustig gelegen en ook goed ontbijt

Cons:

het bed was geen goede kwaliteit,de hygiene waren veel spinnenwebben en stof op de houten balken,de trappen zeker omdat we drie hoog zaten en laatste stuk wel heel stijl zeker met koffer

A charming, clean hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

In a great location right in the canal but quiet. A huge suite with a sweet little courtyard.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor, which was be a bit noisy early in the morning with breakfast being prepared.

Soggiorno a DELFT
Pros:

Hotel in un edificio storico situato in posizione centrale, molto comodo per le attiività turistiche. Camera spaziosa e ristrutturata di recente.

Cons:

La gestione dell'Hotel lascia a desiderare. Appena arrivati mi sono stati chiesti 10 euro come early check-in per accedere alla camera già pronta, questo senza lasciare nessuna ricevuta. Lo staff non ritira la chiave quando si esce; non sono state fatte le pulizie in camera il secondo giorno. La colazione è minimale. Qualche sorriso e saluto in più ci starebbe bene. Tutto questo è un peccato perchè la città è molto carina.

La situation est parfaite au bord d'un des canaux.
Grande chambre avec un accès sur une petite cour privative.
Lit de 160 confortable.
Personnel à l'accueil sachant renseigné et ayant été à l'écoute.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner convenable mais il aurait été meilleur si l'omelette avait été servie chaude.
Aucune préparation "maison".

Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was adequate. Price was right except we were charged 12.50 euros to check in 1 hour earlier.

Cons:

Very worn down. Bed needs to be replaced. Only provided a tiny bar of soap and small tube of shampoo for 2 days/2 adults. Furniture is stained. Friday night is party night for the students, who partied until 6am! Staff was very curt and not helpful at all!

Es ist ein relativ gutes Hotel mit perfekter Lage
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, das Zimmer gemütlich und die Lage perfekt. Manche vom Personal waren nicht sehr freundlich, ein junger Mitarbeiter hingegen war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat unseren Aufenthalt nett gestaltet.

Cons:

Als wir anreisten, waren unsere Betten leider nicht frisch überzogen und es befanden sich Haare auf den Bettlaken. Als wir die Frau an der Rezeption baten die Laken auszutauschen, reagierte sie eher reserviert und nicht gerade freundlich.

A good stay, but could be improved.
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast included, with friendly kitchen staff. We enjoyed the bath.

Cons:

Not enough pillows, not enough blankets, no TV/radio in room. A fridge will be a great addition. Very precarious staircase up to the top floor. The Reception-staff were not engaging and not helpful with any information about the area. The decor could be upgraded. The area around the front door could be cleaned more regularly (smoking area). No parking nearby.

La ubicación y que fueron flexibles en cuanto a ir con mi perrito

El trato de las que me atendieron. Las fotos del studio muestran terraza y el estudio que me dieron no tenia terraza. Cuando me quejé me cambiaron después de una noche pero me querian hacer esperar desde el check out hasta el check in (4 horas sin habitación) diciendome que me estaban haciendo un favor por cambiarme de habitación. La señora que atendía muy mala onda. Intentaba ser simpatica pero no. La habitación sucia. Cuando nos cambiamos a la que tenia terraza, la terraza un horror de sucia. Muebles rotos, el piso de la terraza lleno de basura y hojas secas y troncos. La cocina desequipada, nada para ni lavar un plato. Una sola cuchara. Piden que dejes limpio, pero les pedimos que nos den al menos una escoba para limpiar la terraza y nos dijeron que lo anotaban y nunca nada. Tuvimos que conseguir una escoba por nuestros medios para poder limpiar nosotras. Malisimo. La atención desastrosa. No volvemos ni en pedo y no lo recomendamos. Mejor gastar un poco mas y estar comodos.
