Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Helgoland ist eine Reise wert
Cons:

WIR haben für 1 Nacht im Doppelzimmer, mehr als 200 Euro bezahlt.
Das Zimmer hatte weder einen Balkon, noch eine Terrasse.

Würden immer wieder dort übernachten! Sauber , freundlich gute Lage !

Pros:

Ich war rundrum zufrieden. Auch die telefonische Information bzgl. der ausfallenden Fähre, fand ich ricjtig gut und vor allem rechtzeitig, so das man noch reagieren konnte.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir eine kleine Fußmatte gewünscht, damit man mit seinen nassen Schneeboots nicht sein schönes sauberes Zimmer dreckig tritt.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und in einem Top Zustand

Cons:

Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht , da es uns mit 24 Euro pro Person zu teuer war.
Die Matratze war mir zu hart.

Cons:

Ein Zimmer mit extremen Dachschrägen, die mir real kopfschmerzen bereiteten. Zig mal Tag und Nacht den Kopf gestoßen. Für ein winziges Zimmer für 2 Nächte 269 € ohne Frühstück zu nehmen war in meinen Augen unverschämt. Ich wechselte das Hotel

Nice hotel, perfect weekend!
Pros:

Great hotel staff, very attentive to all matters. We had a wonderful experience communicating. The room was also very nice; the beds were comfortable, and I even saw a seal from the window within the first 10 minutes of being in the room!

Cons:

Two small points to note: the double bed consists of two single mattresses. I was sliding in between the beds at some point during the night while trying to get closer to my partner.
Another thing: the bathroom door is made of matte glass, which might not be the best design decision for a double room, but it's not too crucial, as it faces sideways.

Einchecken erst um 14 h, obwohl die Fähre bereits um 12:30 eintraf. Frühes Auschecken, obwohl die Fähre erst um 16:30 startete.
