1 Nacht in Ascona zu zweit.
Pros:

Schöner Garten, schönes Zimmer, Balkon, gutes Essen

Cons:

Pool ist innen… beschriftet mit Innen- und Aussenpool. Weg zum Pool aussen rum.
Teuer. Personal war an der Reteption nicht sehr freundlich. Im Restaurant hingegen sehr freundlich.

Aber im ganzen , hat es mir und meiner Frau gut gefallen und ich kann ihr Hotel weiter empfehlen !

Das Früstück war sehr gut !

Ich könnte ihnen kein negativen Bescheid geben ,
ausser :

Die Klimaanlage auf der Seite der Betten , ist vom Klimaplaner nicht optimal gewählt worden.
Es zieht in der Nacht ständig , oder man stellte diese ab.
In anderen Hotels , konnte man diese die ganze Nacht eingeschaltet lassen , da dieses Gerät an einer geigneteren Position angebracht war .

Pros:

Wenn wir gewusst hätten, was das für ein wunderschönes Hotel ist, hätten wir unseren Urlaub umgeplant und wären gerne länger geblieben. So konnten wir alles nur ein paar Stunden genießen. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Unsere Reservierung wurde "upgegraded" und wir freuten uns über einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Abends aßen wir im Restaurant, das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Bedienung sehr freundlich.
Die gesamte Hotel und die Außenanlagen laden zum Verweilen ein. Es ist einfach phantastisch. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass von allen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern die Fotos präsentiert sind. Das zeigt die Wertschätzung des Personals. Damit fällt und steht alles. Vielen Dank an alle. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
