Mooi ruim appartement met fantastisch uitzicht, maar we misten gastvrijheid
Pros:

We hadden een mooi, ruim appartement met een groot dakterras en een fantastisch uitzicht over de Limburgse heuvels. De bedden lagen heerlijk.

Cons:

Het was een onpersoonlijk verblijf. Het appartement lag nl. niet in het hoofdgebouw, maar in een gebouw iets verderop in de straat. We zijn er naar toe gebracht en hebben verder niemand meer gesproken. Er was geen informatie over de kosten van het ontbijt, de openingstijden van het restaurant, het zwembad en de sauna. We hebben dus nergens gebruik van gemaakt. Er waren koffie- en theefaciliteiten in het appartement, maar de benodigdheden waren niet aanwezig. Die ben ik zelf gaan ophalen Bij terugkomst bleek er maar heel weinig melk in het meegekregen pakket te zitten (overigens de Illy koffie is heerlijk). Omdat we niet de indruk kregen dat onze vraag op prijs werd gesteld, zijn we zelf melk in een winkel gaan kopen. Wij leken de eerste gasten na de wintersluiting, wellicht was dat de reden dat het Illy koffieapparaat behoorlijk stoffig was en er nog een oud cupje inzat. Eerst maar afwassen dus. In het appartement moesten we niezen. Pas bij vertrek ontdekten we de oorzaak. Heel veel stof onder het bed. Hebben we dit gemeld bij vertrek? Nee, daartoe voelden we ons niet uitgenodigd.

Uitstekend hotel waar ik graag nog eens naar toe zou gaan.
Pros:

Ruime sfeervol ingerichte kamer. Uitzicht op de tuin en heuvels. Zwembad en sauna, uitstekende ontbijt en diner. Vriendelijk en behulpzame medewerkers.
