Pros:

Had the evening meal which was delicious especially the monk fish best I’ve ever eaten. Breakfast was nice both mornings. The room was at the back of hotel very nice as we stayed there once before no stairs.

Cons:

That we could have stayed longer 😄

My mother loved the heating pad on the bed.
Pros:

The handicap access was very helpful. The staff went beyond to help us as we arrived later than planned.

Fabulous hotel with great staff, nothing to complain about at all

Ideal stop off for the ferries, lovely place

Thought it was great - will stay again if/when in the area
Pros:

Breakfast was really nice, with enough choice. Stayed in the hotel for evening meals, which were also lovely. Main meals were great value and plenty of choice. Room was a good size, with a desk and look really quite newly refurbished. Everything was really how you would expect.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been quicker (stay was for work, not leisure, so getting out quickly can be important). Starters and desserts are a little pricey in comparison to the great value main meals
