I liked the coziness of the place, very friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, good location close to Gatwick airport.
*It was very hot due to the weather and there was no AC but was a fan. Not a big problem but for a better comfort AC could be very helpful.
*A proper juice for breakfast instead of diluted one would be very nice.

Smell of food
Location was excellent and we could not hear the traffic with the window opened.Staff were excellent. We had a great meal in the evening in the restaurant.Staff went above and beyond expectations to accommodate my husband’s needs which was much appreciated. Thank you
For the price we paid we can’t say anything . May be a plastic chair for the disabled to take a shower. There was a wooden chair and my hubby did not want it to get wet.
Perfect base for work.
My room could do with having money spent on it room wasn't very clean shower door was hanging off bathroom could do with a makeover, door to room door closer was ripped off overall would not recommend Acorn lodge

Location to airport and shuttle service.
The room was extremely noisy at night with sound of traffic even with the windows closed. Need double or triple glazing. Rooms could also benefit from a fridge.
