Great stay near Gatwick Airport!
Pros:

Price is good, in house restaurant with English and Indian menu until 10pm, coffee tea in the room, free parking for 1 night, good shower, free early breakfast of toast, croissants, cereals etc, accommodating staff, free cot and toys for children in family room, brightly lit at night. Can't fault it. I'd definitely stay again if we need to travel from Gatwick.

Cons:

One side of bedside lamp didn't work, water didn't drain as quickly from the shower. But this didn't bother me at all.

I kept hitting my head on the extremely low ceiling. TBH there were many marks of previous incidents

Staff were polite and helpful

Cons:

The attic room is not fit for a 6 foot tall person. It should be clearly described as only fit for anyone less than 5 foot tall.
I feel that the attic room is not safe due to extremely low ceiling through out.

I won’t be staying again.
Pros:

The location to Gatwick.

Cons:

The room at the front was loud as next to the main road, and not double glazing, the heating was on full and I couldn’t turn it down so had to open a window. The breakfast included was not great, it was some snacks out of packets..

Pros:

The shuttle bus is such a good idea and helped alot

Cons:

Breakfast service is not good . No staff around.Coffee is good . Yes it’s continental but at least have some bananas.

Très bon hôtel pour attendre son avion.
Pros:

L'emplacement, la grandeur de la chambre, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

L'isolation des fenêtres (on entendait beaucoup la route) et la chaleur la nuit (les radiateurs se sont enclenché pendant la nuit)

we were served with the most delicious indian food we have had for a long time .

Better to spend the night at the aeroport.

The location and how easy it is to get there.

Cons:

The lodge is located in an extremely busy road and the noise from the street kept us up all night. Breakfast is included, but it was very bad,and the fact that there are no tables to sit during your breakfast not even matter, due to what is on offer.
