Warm and cozy
Pros:

The staff walked the extra mile for us helping us with directions and imformation that helped us when we arrived.
Room was cozy and warm
Nice spice resturant had great curries
Felt safe and respected
Enjoyed the breakfast that was provided with thr price.

Cons:

Nothing really the building is becoming old so there is little repairs that need doing but
Staff and comfort and location make up for this

Cons:

Promised twice that there qould be a shuttle available for my daughter at 3.30am but when she called the number you asked me for her to call she was told "no shuttle, get a uber". My daughter found your staff quite rude.

Convenient, comfortable, friendly.
Pros:

Perfect for overnight stay for Gatwick airport. Shuttle to and from airport at £10 each way, too, with the lovely Mohammad driving. Friendly staff. Basic breakfast - would have preferred real orange juice to squash. Coffee ☕️ good. Creamy yogurts delicious!

Cons:

Healthier choices at breakfast would have been nice.

An amazing Indian restaurant that became a hotel
Pros:

The Indian restaurant on site was excellent.

The bath was wonderful.

Cons:

We had to drive around to gain access to the car park round the back due to roadworks. Instructions were not provided.

The continental breakfast was a bit unusual.

The room was really hot and the radiator would not turn off.

Chambre spacieuses.
Proche des arrêts de bus qui vont directement jusqu'à l'aéroport.
Possibilité de déjeuner très tôt (5H00 AM).

Cons:

Chambre au rez de chaussé très mal isolé. On entends, la route + les voisins.
Lit avec poil sur le matelas.
Moisissure dans la douche.
