Smashing time was had
Pros:

Very clean hotel reception and entertainment staff very nice bar staff friendly too good choice of food

Cons:

The swimming pool didnt open till 10.00am i as early riser likes the pool early but was adaptable

Me encantó su piscina lastima el horario de cerrado tan temprano de la misma, me gusto que todas las habitaciones tienen el mismo privilegio de vistas y eso me gusto bastante

Cons:

El wifi fue pésimo, muy malo, se desconectaba o era demasiado lento
Tampoco me gusto los cócteles que venden, ya que son todos prehechos solo agregan hielo y listo, y saben mal la verdad, no sientes que sea un cóctel playero o veraniego de vacaciones

He pasado una semana y ha estado muy bien, la comida a pesar de no haber mucha variedad en el buffet, era de muy buena calidad y la verdad es q estaba muy buena, la atención excelente por parte de los camareros, las habitaciones siempre limpias y a pesar de q hay un aviso de dejar las toallas en la percha o en la bañera si las querías cambiar, siempre te la cambian, he pedido otra almohada y no he tenido ningún problema, la animación de 10 y el servicio en general reconocer q he estado en otros hoteles con todo incluido y nada q ver con este, la calidad en todas las bebidas excelente. Recomendable cien por cien

Seguro para celiacos y muy buena animación.
Pros:

Somos celiacos y en restautante en general bien, pero una mención especial merece Pepe que nos trato de forma espectacular, siempre atento. Nos gustó mucho la animación. Dani lo organiza de forma muy dinamica, nos animó mucho la estancia.

Wij verbleven hier 4 nachten, maar helaas viel het verblijf behoorlijk tegen. Bij aankomst werden we niet vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen we een kamer die niet schoon was. Na een kamerwissel bleek ook de tweede kamer helaas niet goed schoongemaakt. Overal haren op de grond en uit het toilet kwam een indringende riool lucht die in de slaapkamer te ruiken was.

De kamers zijn sterk verouderd en dringend aan renovatie toe. Ook was er een muffe geur in de badkamer en was het bedonderstel beschadigd. Het ontbijt vonden wij erg beperkt en vooral gericht op een Engels ontbijt.

Positief: het zwembad was uitstekend, zowel het grote bad als het kinderbad. Ook het entertainment was erg leuk en de dames die de shows verzorgden verdienen absoluut complimenten voor hun inzet!

De ligging is redelijk en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid, maar het hotel ligt wel wat afgelegen. Eigen vervoer is daarom eigenlijk noodzakelijk.

Zouden wij terugkomen? Helaas niet. Voor ons is de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding niet goed genoeg. Met een flinke renovatie en meer aandacht voor schoonmaak en onderhoud zou dit hotel zeker veel potentie hebben.

Pros:

El buffet era muy variado y cada dia tenian comida diferente.
La animacion estaba muy bien, los animadores eran muy agradables y divertidos.
Se podia aparcar sin problema.
Las vistas que ofrece el hotel son espectaculares.
La zona de piscina esta muy bien y tienen zona infantil.

Cons:

Si coges una habitacion con salon, la habitacion no cuenta con aire acondicionado y hace muchisimo calor para dormir sin aire. Es recomendable tenerlo en cuenta por la persona que vaya a dormir en la habitacion. En mi caso, ibamos amigas y una embarazada y era insostenible el calor que hacia rn la habitación.
La playa de La Mata esta andando a unos 15 minutos.
