La comida y la comodidad de las camas

Las vistas al mar desde el balcón.
Camas muy duras. El sofá muy incómodo y no olía bien. En nuestra estancia hubo muchos grupos de niños que iban de competición, el primer dia especialmente había mucho ruido, niños corriendo por la piscina y sin supervision. Cerraron la piscina de niños este dia imagino que por el descontrol. El buffet muy limitado, aunque el arroz estaba bueno pero no había en general mucha oferta. Sabíamos que íbamos a un 3 estrellas, hemos estado en hoteles de categoría similar y nos parece que este se queda un poco justo.

Todo bien, por poner un algo, poca variedad en buffet y que tuvimos la mala suerte que alguien vomitó en la piscina y por la tarde la cerraron
Die Lage ist super, in 10min zu Fuss erreicht man den Playa de Mata und in dieser Umgebung hat es diverse gute Restaurants sowie kleine Shops, einen Park mit Spielplatz sowie einen grossen schönen Naturpark am Meer entlang, durch welchen ein Weg auf einer Brücke führt. Gleich 300m neben dem Hotel ist ein Shop, der hat frisches knuspriges Brot am Morgen & viele andere Sachen.
Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung super, es war sehr gross, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit & der Fitnessraum war auch super. Frühstück war sehr gut, eine grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen Brötchen, immer frische Eier, als Rührei oder Pancake oder Spiegelei, Diverses Süsses & Salziges sowie Früchte. Die Früchteauswahl ist etwas klein.
Die Betten wurden oft nicht gemacht sowie Tücher nicht gewechselt, erst auf mein Nachfragen hin. Das Personal ging am Morgen früh von Tür zu Tür & wenn man noch drin war, wurde es anscheinend nicht notiert & vergessen. Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig, es gab einige Male Parties von Gruppen beim Pool & man hörte alles als ob es keine Fenster gäbe. Der Pool war eiskalt im Frühling, er wird nicht beheizt. Das Abendessen zusätzlich einzeln buchen & bezahlen, lohnt sich nicht; viel zu teuer und die Qualität eher schlecht. Wir haben viele Restaurants gefunden, wo das Essen fast halb so viel kostete & viel besser war.

Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas.
La habitación muy amplia porque nos dieron para 4 y éramos 2. Era una salita de estar y dos habitaciones.
No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina porque había 200 niños de un campeonato en el hotel, creo que deberían haber avisado de esa situación. En el comedor bien porque estaban separados, pero en la piscina bastante mal.
La decoración de las habitaciones un poco cutrilla.

Habitación ruidosa. Aire acondicionado solo en un lugar de la habitación , donde dormía un niño. Ascensores de larga espera.
Nos gustó todo! La comida increíble!! La habitación perfecta! Las vistas increíbles y la piscina muy buena!! Hemos pasado un día perfecto!!

No kettle, no tea and coffee was there in the room? Had to leave a deposit to get a kettle for hot water.
