Good pool access
Pros:

Dear Hotel Team,
I would like to give some positive feedback regarding the swimming pool accessibility.
Before our arrival, I contacted the reception and asked whether there was an easier way to enter the pool than the usual vertical pool ladder, as I have mobility limitations and knee problems. Unfortunately, I was informed that only the standard pool ladders were available.
To my pleasant surprise, I discovered that the pool actually has gently sloped metal steps with handrails, making access much safer and easier for guests with reduced mobility.
This was an excellent feature and greatly improved my experience. However, it seems that the reception staff were not aware of it. I would recommend informing all staff about this accessibility feature so they can provide accurate information to guests who may have mobility challenges.

Korrektes 3 Sterne Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten.
Pros:

Unschlagbare Lage in Torrevieja, da die schönen Strände von La Mata fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Alle Zimmer haben tollen Blick aufs Meer. Hatten eine komplett renovierte Junior-Suite, wobei der Unterschied zu den anderen Zimmern lächerlich ist. Für ein drei Sterne Hotel war die Halbpension sehr gut, die Speisen waren tatsächlich gewürzt und niemals zuviel Salz. Das Frühstück könnte ein bisschen mehr Auswahl vertragen.

Cons:

Teilweise unglaubliches Publikum, ohne jeglichen Anstand und Erziehung, egal welche Nation oder Herkunft. If you pay with peanuts- you will get monkeys... Servicepersonal viel zu lustlos, die Rückkopplung ist kein Trinkgeld, so arbeiten Hotel und Gast gezielt aneinander vorbei.

La musique à fond au bord de la piscine de 11h à 18h. Le soir de 21h à minuit soirée animée. Nous entendions tout de notre chambre impossible de se reposer et de dormir. Chambre très succincte et minimaliste. Sur le site il n’est précisé que c’est un club sinon nous n’aurions pas réservé. Séjour désagréable
