Noise from both streets and inside.
Staff not attentive: didn’t clean room, and didn’t fix electrical issues even after reported, so only few sockets working, TV not working

Pros:

A localização é ótima, a equipe do hotel é super atenciosa, o café da manhã é simples mas bem servido e achei a limpeza satisfatória. Não é uma cama super confortável, mas atendeu bem os dias que ficamos por lá, o quarto tem um espaço ótimo e o ar condicionado funciona bem!

Cons:

Acho que a cama poderia ser um pouco mais confortável apenas, de resto acho que cumpre bem o que promete!

Boa localização e praticidade para locomoção no centro histórico.
Pros:

Achei que é bem localizado e que o quarto é espaçoso.

Cons:

O colchão deixou a desejar; poderia ser mais confortável. Com relação ao café da manhã, achei que o local poderia ser mais espaçoso, pois, nos horários de maior movimento, fica cheio e obriga os hóspedes a esperar.

Pros:

A localização é boa, perto do largo do Teatro Amazonas

Cons:

O quarto estava cheio de poeira e o Banheiro mal lavado. O café da manhã é de básico a ruim. Tivemos que trocar de quarto porque no primeiro o ar condicionado estava com cheiro de poeira.

Estupendos y resolutivos
Pros:

El personal del hotel es absolutamente excepcional. Muy amables, siempre dispuestos a ofrecer soluciones a cualquier demanda o cuestión. Nos guardaron las maletas mientras estábamos de tour sin problemas. Super amables. Solo por eso volvería siempre.

Cons:

Las instalaciones están algo viejas. Tuve que cambiar de habitación.

Gute Lage zu einem fairen Preis, etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Super Lage, sehr zentral. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, Frühstück OK

Cons:

Nachts relativ laut durch Verkehrslärm und Hundegebell. Der Push-Wasserhahn im Bad war eigentlich nicht zu benutzen, da das Wasser nur lief wenn man den Knopf am Hahn gedrückt hielt. Sofort nach dem Loslassen stoppte das Wasser.

Pros:

Ideales, zentral gelegenes Hotel in Manaus. Zimmer sind gut. 5 Min. zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum. Frühstück war super. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
