Pros:

Hotel tudo de bom, funcionários cordiais sempre dispostos em atender as necessidades dos hóspedes, cafe da manhã miuo bom, localização excelente, um pouco longe do aeroporto, porém perto de pontos turísticos, maravilhoso.

Café-da-manhã, localização, estrutura do hotel.

Cons:

O prédio é também residencial, e ocorreram duas episódios desagradáveis com moradores durante nossa estadia... mas que foi resolvido imediatamente.

A cama extra que colocaram no quarto tinha o colchão muito mole.

Vom 11.Stock aus hatten wir eine schöne Aussicht auf Manaus. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir hatten leider keine Zeit den Pool zu nutzen, aber er sah gepflegt aus. Positiv fiel auf, dass das Personal stets sehr bemüht war.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig und man konnte Geräusche aus dem Nebenzimmer sehr laut hören.

Uma ótima experiência.
Pros:

Excelente localização. Fui e voltei a pé dos bares e Teatro. Equipe maravilhosa, com atendimento excelente e café manhã muito bom, com tudo o que precisa, sucos, pães, e outras coisas como banana assada, tapioca, etc. Limpeza do quarto impecável.

Cons:

A única questão é o elevador ser pequeno e as vezes o botão não funciona. Nada grave mas pode ser modernizado.

Ótimo hotel.
Pros:

Fiquei no Saint Paul apenas uma noite para aguardar o transfer a um hotel da mata. O atendimento foi muito bom, o café da manhã estava bem servido e a localização é ótima.

Cons:

O elevador poderia ser um pouco mais rápido.
