Cons:

Emplacement moyen, car loin de tout. J'attends encore ma facture depuis 10 jours. Je l'ai demandé lors du check-out puis via booking et encore par email. J'attends encore. C'est insupportable de ne pas avoir de réponse.

Appena siamo arrivati, la reception si è accorta che, a causa di un problema nel sistema, la nostra prenotazione non risultava correttamente. Lo staff ha gestito immediatamente la situazione con grande professionalità e rapidità.

Poiché non c’erano camere disponibili presso l’hotel, ci hanno sistemato in un’altra struttura della stessa proprietà, organizzando anche un Uber a loro spese per accompagnarci. La sistemazione alternativa si è rivelata ottima e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità dello staff, che ha saputo risolvere rapidamente un inconveniente non imputabile a loro, facendo di tutto per garantirci comunque un soggiorno confortevole.

Un’esperienza molto positiva, soprattutto per l’attenzione dimostrata nei confronti degli ospiti.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, zona fornita e sicura. Struttura pulita e spaziosa. Ottima la palestra. Il valore aggiunto è stato una vista eccezionale sia dalla mia stanza che dal terrazzo superiore: uno spettacolo sulla città.

Cons:

La connessione internet non funzionava bene in camera. La colazione avrebbe potuto avere una maggiore varietà di cibi regionali. Abbiamo usato il servizio lavanderia ma per avere i panni in giornata occorre consegnarli entro le 9.00. Se fosse entro le 10.00 sarebbe meglio. Inoltre, sarebbe utile disporre di pentole in cucina.

安心て、快適なホテル
Pros:

朝食の品種が豊富で、毎日少し違うものが並んでいたので、3日間の滞在中飽きることがなかったです。スタッフの皆さんが明るく親切で、部屋だけでなく公共の場の清潔感が保たれていました。調理もできるし、ホテル近くにはスーパーマーケットもあるし、プールやジムもあるし、マナウス滞在を堪能しました。
