The breakfast was great and so was the poolside bar. We didn’t realize all the facilities that were available for us to use. It was very good value.
The ala carte restaurant was a bit disappointing. Entrees were good, but one of us got the wrong main course given to us so we couldn’t eat at the same time, and the other main was below expectation with very tough ribs that should have been tender. We should have stayed with the bistro options.
Nice hotel with great external area and water park, which was a hit with the kids! Good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff
Restaurants were quite dark and the air conditioning super cold. Music by the pool always on and quite loud.

Piscina aquecida estava fria nos dias mais frescos.
Quarto estava cheio de formigas.
Cama de solteiro estrutura/box velho. TV ficava em vários momentos sem conexão. Banheiro tinha ralo barulhento, abaixo do quarto Luxo fica a lavanderia do hotel então é barulhento em momentos que estávamos descansando no quarto.

A comida deles muitooo boa , conforto, atendimento, voltaria mais vezes
de ter que pagar r$20,00 por dia do estacionamento, e na saída eles cobram 10% do valor do serviço de toda a estadia, achei isso um ABSURDO, se vc pagar 10.000,00 da estadia , ai no final eles querem cobrar mais 10% , e é óbvio que isso não existe!!! E de ter que ficar assinando um monte de papel do PQ eu não iria pagar isso foi constrangedor!!!

La atención, amabilidad del personal en general son maravillosos, los chicos de recreación de los niños 10 puntos son los mejores, hacen excelente trabajo y hacen cada día alegre tanto para los niños como para los adultos, me quedo mil veces en este hotel y no me arrepentiré, comida muy variada y de primera calidad la verdad quedamos enamorados de este Hotel lo recomiendo con ojos cerrados....

La atención del personal tanto los de la RECEPCION, como gente de Restaurante (Principalmente el Sr. Mates, excelente persona, amable, cordial no hay palabra para calificarlo), Hemos viajado varias veces a Foz do Iguazu, pero nunca tuvimos esta atención.

Había muchas hormigas dentro de la habitación, sería ideal fumigar más a menudo, pero eso no descalifica al lugar como el mejor Resort en Foz do Iguazu.
