O resort é bem completo, com excelente estrutura para toda a família. A localização é excelente, muito bem posicionada. Os pratos são saborosos, com destaque especial para o restaurante Terraza.
Gostaria também de elogiar o colaborador Irinaldo, do café da manhã, que nos atendeu com muita atenção, simpatia e prestatividade — um diferencial que fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência diária.

Cons:

Esta foi minha segunda estadia no resort. Nesta visita, notei a presença de formigas no banheiro. Além disso, solicitei a troca de um dos sabonetes (havia dois sabonetes nos suportes, quando um deles deveria ser destinado ao shampoo) — porém, mesmo após a arrumação do quarto, a solicitação não foi atendida.
São detalhes pontuais que não comprometeram minha percepção geral positiva do hotel, mas que, se ajustados, tornariam a experiência ainda mais completa.

Descansamos e aproveitamos todos os momentos.

O quarto E esposo é muito limpo
As camas são confortáveis E travesseiros também. O edredon é muito fofinho e confortável. Foi sensacional. A responsável pela limpeza Beatriz foi muito solicita. A piscina aquecida realmente é quentinha. E estava frio nos dias que ficamos, conseguimos aproveitar muito o espaço. Meus filhos aproveitaram bastante o salão de jogos e vídeo game. O hotel tem muito espaço verde e de descanso. Aproveitamos todos os ambientes.
A comida é sensacional. Desde café da manhã até o jantar. Apenas os valores das bebidas que são caros, acima da média dos outros resorts que fomos.Para quem gosta de uma cerveja gelada já vai sabendo que vai gastar um pouco a mais.
Porém , voltaríamos com certeza!
