Pros:

Instalações muito bonitas com piscinas e áreas externas com muito verde e espaços amplos. A piscina aquecida com água na temperatura certa. Área do restaurante com vista para as piscinas e jardins com muito bom gosto, desde a decoração até a iluminação. Área para jogos coletivos com várias quadras.
No restaurante o destaque para nosso atendimento foi o garçom Mateus. Fomos muito bem atendidos por ele.

Cons:

A comida no jantar deixou a desejar. Jantamos três noites onde senti a falta de carnes grelhadas e também alguns pratos servidos apesar da ótima apresentação, não havia praticamente tempero. O cardápio estava ok, mas a falta de sabor em vários pratos chamou muito a atenção. Jantamos em restaurante na cidade com preço melhor e comida mais saborosa.
Outro ponto que deixa a desejar é a demora nas respostas de mensagens enviadas, onde demorou mais de 12 horas para responder uma pergunta que fiz em relação à reserva.

lindo hotel , muy limpio muy cuidado, el personal no está a la altura , no hay donde tomar 1 café ya que es mala calidad , la comida bien.

Cons:

el personal en general , al check out apqrecieron cargos "extra" que no estaban en la reserva de booking

Em momento algum nos informaram que haveria cobrança de taxa de isso, taxa de turismo, taxa de Room service, de estacionamento, de taxa extra dos restaurantes que pedi sopa. A conta foi nas alturas.

Me encantó la sala de juegos, cancha de fútbol, pileta, etc. Buenísimo el desayuno. La atención de la gente es que trabaja allí es espectacular

Todo me gustó, pero si tuviese que decir algo me parece que podrían las frazadas. Y mí habitación tenía un poco de humedad
