Piscina, café da manhã
A cama não era de casal, juntaram duas de solteiro e ficava com a divisória no meio. Muito desconfortável.
Os travesseiros eram de péssima qualidade ou velhos.
O banheiro estava com a torneira em volta da cuba encardida e com um varal dentro do box que já não era mais branco, mas preto de sujeira. No mais, corredores barulhentos. Deveriam espalhar placas de silêncio.
La cena podría ser un poco más variada, aunque no estuvo nada mal.
O serviço do hotel é muito bom e a área da piscina é excelente, o que é um grande diferencial, especialmente para famílias com crianças.
Houve alguns pontos que geraram insatisfação. No check-out, tentaram me cobrar uma taxa de turismo no valor de R$300,00. Como não recebi nenhuma assistência ou dica de turismo, nem conversei com a equipe sobre passeios – fui para os locais por conta própria e de carro –, recusei-me a pagar esta taxa, a qual também considerei altíssima por um serviço não utilizado.
Além disso, foi cobrado o valor de R$40,00 pelo estacionamento. Como utilizei o serviço, efetuei o pagamento, mas não tenho certeza se esse valor estaria ou não incluso na minha reserva.
Agradeço a atenção e espero que estes pontos sejam considerados para futuras melhorias.

Todas las instalaciones excelentes.. prácticamente no necesitas salir del establecimiento. Tiene anexo el parque acuático que es espectacular.

La comida
Que incluyan la propina al momento de la salida, y el monto que te cobra esta oculto en el extracto. Colocan como TAX y para cualquier extranjero eso eso es "impuestos" deberian especificar que es propina. Si bien es opcional ya te lleva a pasar malos ratos pedirle a la recepcion que no lo incluya.

She truly stood out from the rest. I am so glad I met her; she was incredibly patient while helping my entire group settle their bills.

Las camas podrían ser más cómodas
El hotel es hermoso por dónde lo mires. El desayuno delicioso. Super variado y exquisito todo.
La cama es muy dura, muy incómoda. El piso del baño es muy resbaloso y peligroso. Deberían poner alfombra antideslizante para evitar algún accidente.
