Espaços amplos e muito verde;
Piscinas sujas, cabelo, fundo escorregadios de limpo; ausência de guarda sóis nas espreguiçadeiras, só tem guarda sóis fixos nas mesas c cadeiras p consumo .

Están construyendo la autopista en la entrada del hotel y temprano se comienzan a escuchar ruidos de maquinas trabajando, pero es algo temporario hasta que finalice la obra

El trato de algunos del bar de la pileta. Wagner (creo que ese era su nombre), siempre muy de mala gana y hasta trató muy mal a una empleada adelante nuestro.
El cuarto casi no tenía espacio para guardado de la ropa ni para colocar la ropa mojada de 4 personas. Muy pequeño, teníamos que dejar todo en la valija y eso complicaba el paso en la habitación. El parque acuático no era el mejor. Preferimos ir al blue park.

El acceso al parque acuático, la atención del personal.
Nos tuvieron que cambiar la habitación porque el aire no andaba y había muchas hormigas. Sin embargo el cambio fue inmediato y las comodidades son muy buenas.

Das Frühstück ist super und der Pool war auch sehr schön insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage . Auch sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter . Ich war schon das 2 Mal dort . Die Anlage hat sich sehr vergrößert.
Wir hatten allerdings ein Zimmer im Souterrain , unsere nassen Badeanzüge sind nicht einmal über Nacht getrocknet.
Würde immer ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken bevorzugen . Die Pool Animation war nach meinem Geschmack zu laut und aufdringlich und die schönen separaten Poolnischen konnte man leider nicht mehr umsonst benutzen, dies war früher anders . Ich war etwas enttäuscht . Schade ! Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht mehr .
Boa estrutura, funcionários muito atenciosos (meus filhos elogiaram o Léo, do Aquamania). Parque aquático pequeno (o que facilita deixar as crianças mais soltas) e com bons brinquedos. Jantar no hotel maravilhoso, café da manhã muito bom.
Nosso quarto estava com um vazamento no vaso sanitário e o odor estava muito desagradável. A limpeza também deixou a desejar. Formigas no quarto.

Ótima estadia, tudo estava perfeito. As acomodações, a equipe de recreação, as piscinas.... Tudo
Excelente hotel. Las instalaciones, la atención del personal, las comidas, la ubicación. Todo muy lindo. Lo que más aprovecharon nuestros hijos fue la piscina con agua templada, el salón de juegos, las actividades con el equipo de recreación y claro el acceso al Aquamania que está muy bueno! También nos gustó mucho la naturaleza alrededor del hotel, estar en el bosque.
Pagamos pensión completa y creo que por lo menos agua mineral y algún jugo sencillo podrían tener ya incluído en las comidas. Uno paga considerablemente más para tener pensión completa pensando ya no tener que preocuparse con gastos extras y toda bebida tenía costo extra. Lo mismo el estacionamiento, al salir descubrimos que se tenía que pagar y no estaba incluido en la diaria que ya habíamos pagado. Al final estos gastos son pequeños comparados al pago de la pensión completa pero la pregunta es por qué ya no incluirlos en la pensión completa y dejas más contentos a los clientes?
