Der Frühstücksservice war praktisch nicht vorhanden, nur hörbar in interne Gespräche außerhalb der Gästesicht vertieft. Schade. Weil ansonsten tolles Haus und super netter Empfang.

Das Restaurant sah gut besucht aus.

Cons:

Wir kamen an und unser Zimmer sah ganz anders aus als alle Bilder auf Booking. Nach Rückfrage stellte sich heraus, dass es keine Bilder des Gasthauses auf Booking gebe und die Unterkunft so aussehe. Man wird also bei der Buchung getäuscht und erhält ein anderes Level an Ausstattung als dargestellt. Für die erste Nacht konnte uns dann ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt werden, was der Ausstattung entsprach. Die zweite Nacht war dies nicht möglich. Auf die Rückfrage, ob man sein Geld für die zweite Nacht zurück erhalten kann und dann eine andere Unterkunft für die Nacht bucht wurde auf Booking verwiesen. Nachdem Booking kontaktiert wurde, wurden wir dann um 20:45 kontaktiert, dass ein entsprechendes Zimmer verfügbar wäre. Als wir 5 Minuten später zurückriefen, um das Zimmer anzunehmen, ging keiner mehr ans Telefon.

Hotel in guter Lage aber mit Abstrichen

Gute Lage, gemütliches Bett und Kopfkissen, guter Kaffee& Essen, sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Blick aus dem Zimmer in den schäbigen Innenhof und auf die Entlüftungsrohre, laute Abluft aus Küche, Glastür zur Toilette, kein Sichtschutz, wenn Verdunklung auf. Sehr viele Menschen am kleinen Frühstücksbuffet. Nur eine bemitleidenswerte Servicekraft, die allein ! für den Frühstücks-check-in, abräumen Tische, nachfüllen Büffet, Sonderwünsche etc. zuständig war und sogar noch die unbesetzte Rezeption betreut hat. Insgesamt Zimmer und Frühstück ( 45€ für 2) zu teuer . Preis& Leistung unbefriedigend.

Die Lage, renovierte Zimmer

Cons:

Balkon ist zu renovieren, wenn man Zimmer mit Balkon hat; die Abluft der Küche zieht voll in die Zimmer auf dem Innenhof, beim Frühstück wurde gegenüber früheren Aufenthalten gespart (geringeres Angebot, keine Waffeln mehr)
