If you expect to arrive outside of reception opening hours, please inform Familien Wellness Hotel Restaurant Seeklause in advance.

Please also inform the accommodations in advance how many children will be staying with you, so that the accommodations can arrange the extra beds in advance.

Please also note that payment is due upon arrival.

For each pet brought with you, a fee of € 30.00 per night will be charged.
We are happy to prepare a mat, a bowl and a small treat for your four-legged friend.
Your pet may also stay alone in the room.If you are on holiday in our hotel with a dog, pay attention to,
that your pet must be kept on a leash and does not harass or endanger any hotel guests.
Your four-legged friend will have to do without the restaurant, the wellness area, the Piraten-Insel-Usedom and the facilities located there (indoor play area "Piratenbucht", animation house "Zum Freibeuter", etc.).

For the parking directly at the house we charge a parking fee of 9,00 € per night per car.

For electric cars: We have 8 electric charging stations with a charging capacity of 22 kW each.
The one-time entry fee is € 1.50 the cost for per KW is € 0.40.
The activation takes place via an RFID card (operator / roaming).

Smoking is prohibited in all public areas as well as in the guest rooms, including the balconies and terraces.
Also, the use of marijuana is prohibited on the entire territory of the hotel.
In case of noncompliance, we will charge an expense allowance of € 150.00.
Please use only our designated smoking areas for smoking.

A familiar atmosphere is very important to us, so there is a culture of not speaking formally in our house.

Das gesamte Konzept rundum sorglos ist perfekt. Immer freundliches humorvolles Personal. Alles was das Herz begehrt für Alt und Jung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich.

Cons:

Der Pool ist zu klein für die Anzahl der vielen Gäste. Es war abends mehr als überfüllt, am Samstagmorgen war der Poolbereich bis 10.30 Uhr gesperrt. Abreise ist bis 11 Uhr, somit konnten wir den Pool kaum nutzen.

Das Personal im Restaurant war früher netter.

Ein wieder mal perfekter Urlaub!

Von A bis Z --> ALLES war einfach mega!! Das Team ist super aufmerksam, kaum fällt ein Krümel, schon ist es wieder sauber, das Buffet ist wirklich IMMER der HAMMER, so viel Auswahl, für Jeden etwas dabei..dieses Mal waren wir zu Silvester dort. Oh mein Gott!!! Was eine geile Party!!! Mehrere Floors, Kinder Entertainment hoch 10, ein Highlight jagde das Nächste. Alle sind wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. All das, incl die Lage des Hotels, der Außenbereich und die Nähe zum Meer lassen uns dort regelmäßig aufschlagen - zu Recht. Wir kommen wieder Klausi- bis bald 😊😊
