Sehr liebes kleines und feines Hotel mitten im Zentrum
Every was just perfect!
We had a truly lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made us feel very well taken care of.
Dinner was served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the square and the view, and it was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. The dishes were tasty, comforting, and nicely served.
Our room was inviting and comfortable, with very comfortable beds and a pleasant sense of understated luxury in every corner. The bathroom was spacious, beautifully designed, and very enjoyable to use.
Overall, the hotel had a warm, elegant atmosphere, and we left with a very good feeling. We would be happy to return.
Evrything was perfect

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, as was the dinner we had at the Terrazza Restaurant.
My one and only complaint was that I had asked for two twin beds, as I was traveling with my adult son. We were instead given a room with a king size bed and a sofa bed. The room was larger than expected, but the sofa bed was small and uncomfortable, better suited to a small child than an adult.
The ambiance, location and little sitting room. Staff courteous, professional and tried to help make arrangements.
Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything, that was the worst part. The windows, lack of light, no way to put up blinds. You’re in this beautiful natural town but room is like a box, no view. Also challenging not to have a proper shower in the morning. No teas or such amenities in the room. Staff try to be helpful, very formal, impersonal and didn’t give you a sense of what to do or timing like didn’t tell me that half of the attractions would be closed during the week, even the view point at top of hill.
