Very warm welcome and extremely helpful owners, hearty and delicious food. Great advice on the area, which is a hidden gem of an old Alpine village, with fascinating and striking views and walks nearby. Great place for hikers or just walkers, and for cyclists too. Easy parking, extra care taken to ensure room a comfortable temperature.
Room was a little tight but that was mainly because we had luggage for a much longer trip.

La situation géographique proche de la gare et du départ de l'accès au sentier des grès d'Annot.
L'accueil et les compétences de l'hôtelière.
I. L'état de délabrement de l'hôtel côté chambres - voir mes photos.
1. La douche de notre chambre présentant des moisissures et tâches sur les carreaux et le bac ainsi qu'un rideau dont le bas était complètement moisi.
2. La dangerosité de l'accès aux chambres...
- Les carrelages décollés dans le premier escalier.
- La temporisation de la lumière trop courte nous laissant dans le noir absolu.
- Le manque d'interrupteurs peu visibles - pas du tout ce dans les normes actuelles.
- La contre-marche au 2ème étage absente en grande partie.
Ce qui m'a valu une belle chute dans le noir, à ceux pas de ma chambre.
A REVOIR !!!
II. Et je passe l'accueil quand l'hôtelière très compétente était absente...
J'ai dû attendre un certain temps pour être accueilli par son mari totalement incompétent côté accuzil /enregistrement...
Néanmoins qui m'a dénigré Booking. Lequel, soit disant, louait des chambres déjà louées, laissant les clients dans le désarroi!
Pour mon compte, du jamais vu ni en France ni à l'étranger.
Depuis une douzaine d'années que je suis chez Booking en tant que Genius 3.
L'emplacement, le rapport qualité/prix et la gentillesse de l'équipe.
Rien.
