Locatie dicht bij bestemming
hygiene, de badkamer had op diverse plaatsen schimmel in de voegen en in de kitranden
de verf van het bijgebouw is beschadigd en versleten. Het geheel maakt een afgeleefde indruk en dat voor die prijs.
I attended the funeral celebration from my wife's grandfather last week. I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent food and service. Everything was beyond any possible expectations and the people did as much as possible to make everyone feel happy and satisfied. The place itself is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to have a sunny day so we could enjoy the small garden outside. The food was outstanding in quality and beautifully served. As I mentioned before, everyone I came across gave an excellent service, from the people in the parking lot helping with the organization to the receptionists taking your coats. The waiters and waitresses would accommodate every need and were attentive the whole time. One person in particular, Felipe, wow, he really went the extra mile. With people like him you can be sure that this place will continue with it's great service tradition! All in all a great experience and perfect as a happy celebration for a person's life. I had already visited the restaurant for normal lunch gatherings, but this was a special occasion and every single person from the staff made it remarkable. Thank you all for helping us celebrate a great person's life in style!!!
Ontbijt was prima, ook aardig personeel
De ventilatie in de kamer deed het niet, tevens hadden we regelmatig last van een apparaat dat nogal een storend geluid maakt. Dat ging ook 's nachts door.
De prijs van het diner vonden we veel te hoog.
They gave us a different room than what we booked- we paid extra for that room but they gave us cheaper room. We were so tired so didn’t want to deal with it but it’s unacceptable
Rustig en comfortabel .
De locatie was geweldig mooi. De kamers waren prima: schoon en comfortabel. Het ontbijt was helemaal top.
Zona muy tranquila y jardín con canal muy bonito. Sin embargo no sabíamos que la habitación estaba en otro edificio.
Lejos de Ghent y pocas opciones de transporte público (nos movimos en taxi). El desayuno era caro (30€ por persona) y no es nada extraordinario.m, además, cuando llegamos, casi no quedaba nada y tuve que preguntar varias veces si iban a reponer la comida (y no sacaron la misma variedad). Una mini tostadora para tostar el pan y las maquinas de cafeína estaban rotas
Het uitzicht !!! Het waren heerlijke zomerse dagen toen we daar waren . Het uitzicht is dan werkelijk prachtig…
De kamer kwam een beetje stoffig over . Het personeel aan de receptie was zeer vriendelijk ook de dame van het ontbijt was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kunnen ook niet zeggen dat de obers van de pop up bar onvriendelijk waren. Maar de bar was enkel open voor hotelgasten op maandag en dinsdag. Het was ook voor ons als gasten duidelijk dat ze niet veel zin hadden om andere te bedienen. Ook als gast moesten we lang wachten eer we bediend werden …
