Fabulous staff and perfect location.
Pros:

Exceptional staff who were approachable and helpful throughout the week. Daily room cleaning and top up of amenities was excellent.
Breakfast was delicious, thank you! Location perfect.

Cons:

Would be great to have a kettle and coffee/ milk sachets in each room. The only thing I needed!

Céntrico hotel en Mendoza
Pros:

Si bien el hotel tiene sus años todo está en perfectas condiciones. Muy limpias sus habitaciones, en el corazón céntrico de Mendoza por lo que llegas caminando a restaurantes y comercios. Bonito!

Comuniquei que Faria check-in somente no dia seguinte (problemas com deslocamento) e ainda assim cancelaram minha reserva junto ao Booking. Tive que fazer novo contato com o Hotel solicitando que mantivessem minha reserva (que já estava paga!). Acabei perdendo minha pontuação no Méliuz porque consta que não fiquei no hotel!

Una mejor disposición de una de las señoras del mesón. No la que nos atendió al llegar, que era encantadora (Samantha), sino quien la sucedió en el turno.
