Pros:

My main issue was the mattress, it really was well past its use by. A poor night's sleep due to the bed you've paid to sleep in...well, I think that says it all, really.

We had a free upgrade to a family room which they rang in advance to offer us, and waived the car parking which was lovely if them to do after we'd been driving for 10 hours. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. The hotel restaurant food and service was great.

Shower tiles were not clean and shower head leaked with poor pressure. Very little room to sit on the toilet and do your stuff.

Would not stay there again.

A booked error was made due to incorrect representation on Expedia. I was expecting a family room instead was given two seperate rooms and expected to put my 3 and 6 year old in a completely different room down the hall. When asked they refused to refund. The dining room at the restaurant was freezing. The room was dirty and there was a party in the room next to ours at 3am. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Pros:

It was very good, the beds are great and the room quiet. My only reason for not give five star is there is a connecting door between rooms and I could hear the other guest too easily and even smell his aftershave, this bothered me a lot. Apart from that it was a great a stay and the staff were very good.
