Spacious, Convenient, and Worth It!
Pros:

The room was big and spacious. They also have parking space, which is a great advantage if you're visiting Nainital.
The service and food were both good. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Left us wanting for more for the price
Pros:

The rooms were not clean, the breakfast was lacking in options and taste, basics like curd and juices were missing.

Location was adequate though. Hotel was full, staff found it difficult to manage all the guests.

Recreation room is open from 8AM to 8PM so keep that in mind.

Pros:

Whenever I go nainital, I prefer to stay in The Pavilion. Property location is very good,600-700 from main mall road. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very supportive.
Food is delicious

Pros:

Rooms are spacious but beds are so uncomfortable.. very few options in buffet breakfast. No mineral water provided.. no welcome drink.. baby food also chargeable.. best thing is parking.. good views.. washroom was very dirty.. overall average property.

Beautiful stay at Pavilion
Pros:

It was an amazing stay at Pavilion. Location is 15-20mins away from Mall Road. Proper parking facility was there. Staff were polite and helpful. Our was room 112. It was beautiful, spacious and neat and clean. Washroom was also nice. Hot water always available. Food was average.

Convinient Stay
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel The Pavilion in Nainital. Our accommodation in the Family Suite 112 was very nice, offering comfortable and spacious quarters. The hotel staff, particularly Balam, was incredibly helpful. While the overall experience was positive, there is room for improvement in housekeeping, as sheets and towels were not changed daily and drinking water bottles were sometimes missing after room service. The hotel's location is conveniently situated, with required parking available, which added to our convenience. Despite minor issues, our overall stay was very enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend Hotel The Pavilion to others looking for a comfortable stay in Nainital.

We chose Standard room for our stay, stay in terms of quality of rooms were not so satisfied. Ambience of hotel premises, connectivity to Mall Road, Lake etc were comfortable and it is well situated within the range of 1 Km from these locations. Quality of room was not pleasant in terms hot water facility, taps, latches etc.

I recently stayed at The Pavilion hotel and I was deeply disappointed. Family Suite room no. 119 was outdated, with peeling paint and a musty smell that never seemed to go away. The bed was uncomfortable, with dirty linens. The bathroom was in dire need of cleaning—there was mold in the shower.
I tried to get assistance from the front desk, but they were unresponsive. The Wi-Fi was spotty, and the breakfast they offered was below average. I’m extremely upset to report that my child’s jacket was ruined by a rat 🐀 at this hotel.

Overall, it's an outdated filthy property, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and quality. Definitely won’t be returning.

Nice hotel but no proper hot water facility
Pros:

Very cozy and comfortable heritage hotel near mall road Nainital. One can walk down to mall road from here but coming back by walk is a very steep climb. Loved the ambience of this hotel. But lacks basic facility of hot water as they provide only at fixed timings even during winter. Being such a nice hotel they should fix this issue. This is the main reason to rate it 3.

We recently stayed at The Pavillion near Mall Road in Nainital for one night with our family (two adults and two children).
Positives:
* Upgrade: We booked a garden suite but were kindly upgraded to a family suite, which we appreciated.
* Service: The hotel staff provided relatively quick service, which is a definite plus.
* Wi-Fi: Good Wi-Fi connectivity was available.
Negatives:
* Hygiene Concerns: Despite the spacious rooms, the overall cleanliness and hygiene were subpar. Cigarette butts were littered throughout the property, and the upgraded room itself had several issues:
   * Unclean Linens: The initial bed sheets were dirty, and even the replacement set was not entirely clean.
   * Dated Bathroom: The bathroom, while spacious, felt more like a public restroom with a poorly designed layout. It just provides warm water not even hot water for bathing.
   * Poor Housekeeping: The room was not thoroughly cleaned, with evidence of hasty cleaning and leftover debris.
* Furniture Condition: The furniture was outdated and poorly maintained, with visible dust accumulation.
* Heater Issues: The heater malfunctioned repeatedly, requiring multiple replacements to find a working unit.

Overall:
Our stay at The Pavillion was an average experience. While the service was quick, the significant shortcomings in hygiene and room maintenance significantly impacted our stay. The hotel would benefit greatly from improvements in these areas. We would not recommend this hotel for extended stays or for families.

Good Hotel

Big Rooms which are maintained nicely.. Terrace is Big.. Food is really good.. Staff is helpful.. Had a really good time.. Children also enjoyed to the Fullest.. Best part is that it has it's own Parking which you don't see in many hotels in Nainital.

One of the Best in Nainital

The Pavilion hotel is one of the best hotel we have visited so far in Nainital. Their rooms, grounds, food, service and everything else is so good. We will surely visit this hotel soon and will recommend everyone to stay here while their visit to Nainital.

Spacious room with unclean bathroom

The location of the hotel is great. I loved the architecture and the theme of the hotel. The stay, however, was okay.

We stayed in room 112 (standard room). The room was located next to reception in front of stairs, the area was not well lit and unclean. The room was big, but the bathroom was not clean. There were mold on the tiles and of buckets. This was not expected from just a big establishment. The room was also getting a lot of noise from surrounding areas, unable to get a proper sleep.

Maybe more expensive rooms are well maintained.
