The experience to Sayaji Hotel was excellent and we enjoyed our stay with the property we met with Muskan and Gurmeet in th lobby. It was very nice front office staff gave us good view room and we had great and pleasant stay thank you everyone.

I was recommended this hotel by a friend who had stayed there earlier. Took a chance, eventhough mind was half way to Marriott.
Sayaji did not disappoint me. Mr Bijoy at the desk was very helpful. Provided me with an early check-in and helped us settle well.
Housekeeping & reception were very responsive. Rooms that open to swimming pool are better.
Food was very tasty but exorbitently costly. Spa was also overpriced and overbooked.
I would recommend the hotel for all those who can spend some extra bucks for a good experience

Room: needs refurbishing; seems no upgrade has happened in the last 5-10 years; wall papers are also peeing out. No adequate place to place room console and phone on side table; Bathroom hand towel hanger keep on hitting the mirror ; no proper place to place toiletries if one draw down the bathroom curtains;
Bed: Mattress and pillows needs to be looked into
Staff: not properly trained;
1. Nothing happens unless reminded few times; Rooms telephones are very bad. It's sometimes better to walk down to lobby than keep on trying the phone numbers, and if the connected then explaining to the staff member. Then also no guarantee that action will happen. In least, and Front office desk and house keeping staff should be trained properly. Overall, staff is courteous but doesn't take timely action unless pushed few times.
