Pros:

The General Manager of the hotel greeted us well and went out of his way to upgrade our room and ensured a technical glitch caused on the website is also corrected. Would highly recommend this to property to anyone

It's not value fr money
Pros:

The place as per the picture but the facility is not available as per mentioned in website. Kids area and other activities are closed .the pest control also nt happened so cockroache is rendering in the room.

Pros:

Room was comfortable. Staff was good.

Cons:

Poor internet connectivity. Quality of food. One look forwards for a buffet breakfast when on a vacation, but it was a huge disappointment. On one occasion, we had the opportunity for buffet dinner, to our dismay, the entire food was cold. They really need to work on the quality of the food.
