Cons:

체크인부터 체크아웃까지 단 한 순간도 원활하게 진행된 적이 없습니다. 필요 이상으로 기다려야 했고, 예약 정보 확인, 객실 배정, 내부 응대 등 기본적인 운영이 전반적으로 미숙했습니다.
편안함을 기대하고 호텔을 선택했지만, 오히려 스트레스만 받았습니다. 체크인 시 1시간 가까이 서서 기다렸고, 심지어 다른 투숙객이 머무는 객실이 잘못 배정되어 문을 열고 들어가는 황당한 상황도 있었으며, 객실 위생 상태도 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 조식 등록도 제대로 되어있지 않아 여러번 확인했고 결제 단계에서도 에러가 있었습니다.
컴플레인에 대한 대응 역시 책임감 있는 태도를 찾기 어려웠고, 결국 더 이상 기분을 망치고 싶지 않아 조용히 체크아웃했습니다.
호텔의 전반적인 시스템 개선이 시급해 보이며, 이대로라면 재방문은 없을 듯합니다.

Pros:

직원분들이 다들 친절하셔서 머무는 동안 편했습니다.
정원은 너무 예쁘고 좋은데 날이 너무 더워서 산책을 제대로 못한게 아쉽네요
다음에 선선할때 다시 방문할게요.

Pros:

We visited the hotel in winter so we could not enjoy many of the outaide attraction. However, there are plenty of options for families with kids and there are some excellent places to visit nearby.
The breakfast was very good as we expected. The fitness room was small but well equipped. The swimming pool is very good for families with kids.

Cons:

It is an outdated hotel with some of the facilities in not the best of conditions.
Checking in was unforgivably late in a five star. If we comply to enter at 3, my room should be ready on time. They kept us and other guests more than 30 minutes waiting.

비수기라 그런지 저렴하고 편안하게 있을수 있었어요.
넓은 숙소라서 좋았습니다

Pros:

The gardens are nice and the hotel is clean, it is close to the National Park and sorrounded by nice mountains. The breakfast has a good selection also of western food. Room was spacious, clean and bathroom was propper.

Cons:

Room fridge had only water. A little inconvenient. Staff not always spome English making it a little challenging to communicate. When we arrived we had to wait for a good 30 minutes before being checked in. Perhaps being a weekend they had a lot of clients coming in.

Pros:

Room condition was so poor. Hairs and dusts everywhere. (Even on the door). It’s hard to open balcony door. Furnitures are old. I won’t choose here to stay in the future.

아기랑 오기 완전 비추. 아기 없어도 비추.
Cons:

평일 체크인 2시간 걸리는데 이 날씨에 로비 에어컨 고장난 것처럼 더움, 문의 내용 있어 프론트 전화했는데 전화 연결도 안 됨.

체크인후 입실 5시 넘었는데 실내 수영장은 7시까지밖에 못 쓴다고 함.

방에 먼지 많음, 복도 소음, 다른 방 화장실 배수 소리 다 들림.
룸 냉방 안 좋음.

아기 데리고 오기 좋다해서 왔는데 아기에게 미안하고 남편과 후회만 가득한 여행이었음.


진짜 돈 아깝고 이런 리뷰 처음 남길 정도로 다시 오고 싶지 않은 곳.

Pros:

조용하고 편안하게 지내고 올수 있었습니다. 그런데 저희가 투숙한 방의 베란다에 배수 시설이 없고 위에서 물이 떨어져 베란다에 물이 고여 썩고 있었습니다. 미관 상이나 위생적으로도 문제가 있어 보입니다. 빠른 조치가 필요 할 것 같습니다.
