Pros:

Het hotel en de kamers waren goed geaccomodeerd: balkon, zwembad, bar, mooi en goed verzorgd, parkeerfaciliteiten, handig gelegen, op loopafstand van centrum van Montepulciano (maar wel een flinke klim), eenvoudig ontbijt(maar goedkoop)

Cons:

Er liepen huisdieren rond, mmar ik weet niet meer of dat geoorloofd was )normaliter letten wij er op dat er geen huisdieren geoorloofd zijn)

Ottimo weekend in Val d’Orcia
Pros:

Ottima posizione poco fuori Montepulciano, ottima struttura, purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il tempo di usufruire della SPA. Discreta scelta nel buffet della colazione. Ottima anche la cena in struttura. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Forse solo il bagno della camera non è all’altezza di un voto pieno, risulta un po’ datato, ma si può anche chiudere un occhio.

Struttura molto accogliente. Pulita e ordinata , in una posizione ottima.
Lo staff sempre cordiale e disponibile.
Piscina coperta riscaldata e aperta anche ai bambini, perfetta per passare del tempo in famiglia.
Nota di merito al cibo, abbiamo cenato una sera al ristorante con il menù alla carta ed era tutto eccellente, così come lo sono state le colazioni.
Ci tornerei !

Lo staff era gentile e la colazione buona.

Cons:

La struttura risulta un po' datata. Avevamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale ma ci è stata assegnata una tripla senza alcun preavviso, un aspetto decisamente negativo. La stanza non rispecchiava affatto quella scelta in fase di prenotazione: avendo pagato di più proprio per evitare una soluzione budget, abbiamo avuto l'impressione che il cambio non sia stato del tutto favorevole.
La pulizia non era ottima e le pareti della camera erano sporche, come anche la guarnizione del box doccia che consigliamo di cambiare. Le camere non sono insonorizzate.
