Die Lage war sehr schön

Cons:

Die Dusche hat die Temperatur nicht gehalten. Man wurde immer mal wieder vom kalten Wasser überrascht.

Die zentrale Lage

Cons:

Bauarbeiten vor dem Fenster, Abfluss verstopft, Glühbirne kaputt, Fön wurde nicht heiß. Keine Kommunikation mit der Rezeption vormittags möglich. Kein Entgegenkommen trotz Beschwerde.

Für Tagungen an der Universität durch die Innenstadtnähe des Hotels für den Abend außerhalb der Uni sehr gut gelegen.
Pros:

Die relativ zentrale Lage, das Personal ist - wie bei unseren bisherigen Aufenthalten dort - immer sehr freundlich.

Die Lage und die Sauberkeit

Cons:

Ich habe sehr früh gebucht, unsere Freunde erst eine Woche vorher. Unsere Freunde kamen im Hotel unter und wir sollten über den Innenhof gehen, eine steile Wendeltreppe mit Koffer in den zweiten Stock nehmen. Kein Aufzug, keine Hilfe beim Gepäck. Der Rezeptionist zeigte uns den Weg und blieb im Eingang zum Innenhof stehen und sagte nur wir müssten am Ende rechts rein gehen. Auf meine Frage ob wir ein Zimmer im Hotel haben könnten, hieß es sie wären ausgebucht.
Als mein Mann und ich uns dann entschieden ein anderes Hotel zu suchen, wurde uns ein Zimmer im Hotel gegeben. Es kam dann die Aussage, die Zimmer wären schon zugeteilt gewesen.
Warum bekommen dann nicht spätere Bucher die schlechteren Zimmer?
Ansonsten war alles im Hotel in Ordnung. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war nicht fähig, aber der Rest des Personals war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir waren für ein um eine Stunde früheres Einchecken angemeldet. Das war erstens nicht registriert worden und zweitens mit einem Aufschlag von fast 10 Euro verbunden. Letzteres ohne vorherige Ansage. Wir hätten wegen 45 Minuten diese 10 Euro bezahlen müssen. Da haben wir lieber gewartet. Das Zimmer war längst frei. Der Aufpreis war also reine Abzocke. Schade, das schmälert den ansonsten recht ordentlichen Eindruck.

Die Rezension bezieht sich auf die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss im Nebengebäude
- die Unterkunft müsste besser in Stand gehalten werden, Wasserhahn in der Küche wackelt, ein Rolladen defekt, im Deckenstrahler (Stehlampe) fehlt (!) die Leuchte (besonders ärgerlich, da es im Hauptraum keine Deckenlampe an der Decke gibt), Tür geht nicht gut auf, da der alte fleckige Teppich mit einem dicken neuen überdeckt ist ...
- absolut nicht nachvollziebar ist die nicht vorhandene Küchenausstattung, keine Töpfe, Pfanne, Kochlöffel, scharfe Messer, schlichtweg nichts zum Kochen oder Zubereiten von kleinen Mahlzeiten, selbst für ein Frühstück minimal, dabei sind neuer Ofen und Herd vorhanden, teilweise Plastikgeschirr, außerdem kein Tisch, an dem man etwas Essen kann, obwohl im Hauptraum Platz wäre (der vorhandene Schreibtisch ist für zwei Personen dafür ungeeignet)
- Anruf bei der Rezeption wegen Frage zu WLAN wird von KI beantwortet, obwohl zu der Zeit Rezeption besetzt war, KI konnte Frage nicht beantworten, daher doch an Rezeption weiterleiten lassen, absolut unnötig
