Auténtico paraíso
Pros:

La ubicación, es un hotel muy auténtico con un personal extraordinario

Cons:

Falta mantenimiento en los bungalows, el agua se sale de la ducha y con la lluvia tuvimos una gotera. Echamos de menos más espacio para almacenar.

Pros:

The hotel is very well located, near Punta Mosquito, offering a peaceful atmosphere for rest and relaxation. You hear only the sounds of the sea and the birds. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service and staff attention are excellent.

Het zicht en de ligging is prachtig! Net aan het zandstrand.

De kamers hebben amper opbergruimte, de bedden zijn zeer smal en de badkamer is onhandig klein.

La ubicación.

Cons:

El alojamiento es muy bonito, la ubicación genial. PERO… nos tocó una habitación muy bonita y amplia pero tenía una colmena, nos cambiaron a otra similar pero no tenía luz y finalmente nos dieron una en una esquina, mucho más inferior que la primera y alejada. En casos así se supone que deben facilitarte o compensarte por las molestias pero no fue el caso. Además realizaron obras en la noche cerca de la otra habitación que teníamos reservada y fue muy molesto. No obstante a un matrimonio le regalaron una noche más por las molestias y a nosotras 4 aún con más impedimento nos tocó pagar de más.

Pros:

La ubicacion frente al mar en 1era fila es fantastica. La playa con su marea invita a caminar en el mar o nadar. La distancia hacia el pueblo caminando ppr la playa son aprox 20 min. Super agradable. El personal muy amable. Alguna vez un poco despistado. Las instalaciones correctas y con encanto. No es lo mas actualizado, pero con gusto. La comida rica. La excursion de nadar cin tiburones se puede reservar mas econimico en el pueblo, pero para no tener complicaciones lo teniamos ya agendado. Ojo, segun donde se encuentran puede ser mas horas y para los navegantes flojos un desafio. Pero vale la pena. La caminata de las luces es menos de lo que se espera. Probablemente se puede organizar simplemente con un taxista y saldra mas economico.

A few days in paradise
Pros:

We stayed here for a few days with our family and it was lovely. We had a bungalow right next to the beach and a few meters from the pool. It was an incredible experience, and the staff is really caring and always ready to help you.

Cons:

The safe wasn’t working, the shower didn’t have a door or curtain to close, the food in the restaurant took a very long time and the waiters often forgot the orders.

Pros:

There was wasp nest in our room. Staff was really nice and tried to accommodate but couldn’t find us a good room. Didn’t feel comfortable staying instead we just forfeited the money and found a different hotel to stay at that we felt comfortable in.

Great experience
Pros:

Great location, quiet and away from downtown. Great service by Armando, Leo, and Sander, they were attentive to our needs. My aunt was undergoing chemotherapy and unable to be in the sun, they brought food to her room and even a small table for her to be more comfortable as she enjoyed her ocean view room. We booked tours through the concierge, bioluminescence tour and whale shark tour, I paid by wire transfer because if by credit card there is an extra card. Note that in the rooms there is no door/curtain, would be good if they could add something.

my experience was not as i was spected,the rooms are very dated, the bathroom was dated, not hot water in shower , clogged toilette , the restaurant service is slow. the guys from the restaurant are amazing (leo, armando and karen). The beach is spectacular .

Great service and attention. Beautiful views and a perfect place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Great price and if you value the wildlife around it you will have a great experience. Very clean and great location. The rooms are clean and old fashioned.

Totalmente recomendable.
Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado en la mejor playa de Holbox .
