Hôtel un peu désuet, mais propre.

Beautiful premises and rooms. Very peaceful location.
A bit far from downtown. Breakfast was great, but the one dinner we ate at the hotel was mediocre.
The location was ideal for our kitesurfing group, with easy access to the ocean. The facilities were very comfortable, and the expansive property offered plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The ocean views were beautiful, and everything was well maintained and clean. The presence of iguanas added a unique, exotic touch to the overall experience.
While we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel overall, there was one aspect of our stay that did not meet expectations. During breakfast service, the staff were not particularly attentive or welcoming. We felt overlooked at times, with apparent preference given to other guests. Unfortunately, this detracted from the experience, especially given our short two-night stay.
The hotel is located at the northest point of the island, which means that it is really quiet.
Staff are very kind and polite. The reception staff are friendly and always offered help.
Our son had a food poisoning from one of the restos in the centre and the reception staff didn't stop asking about his wellbeing and offered help.
it is hard to think about any cons, but if I must, I will mention the water pressure, but this is a Mexico issue in general .

Muy costoso y no se ha renovado, muy triste el club Beach, estando en una ubicación tan espectacular no genera una buena experiencia. Nos tuvimos que ir a otros hoteles a comer y a pasar el día .
Christian & Rojas took great care of us and accommodated our vegan & vegetarian diets at breakfast. Beautiful property, friendly staff and fun wildlife viewing. Lunch and margaritas on point!

We had a wonderful time at Las Nubes. This place is perfectly located at the farthest northeast side of the island. There’s no more hotels beyond this point which makes this place extremely relaxing. It’ll take you 25 minutes to walk to town by the beach or a 10 minute taxi ride. The hotel blends with nature. Iguanas, seagulls, raccoons, and other animals roam around the hotel throughout the day. The hotel staff is super friendly and are always willing to help. The rooms are just the right size and the daily room cleaning service is great! We had breakfast included with our reservation and we were glad we did so. You can also have lunch and dinner at the same place but there are tons of many other options in town, ranging from small local traditional seafood places to fine dinner and cocktail bars that offer incredible seafood and steak options. The layout of the hotel beach is awesome. You can get cocktails and food while enjoying a relaxing time.
