The stay included a free breakfast which was good but the waiters were slow and our waiter served my son Nutella even after we carefully explained in Spanish that he has a severe nut allergy.

No hay nada que no me guste. Pero hay qye saber qué esta lejos del centro. Y esto es gran parte de su encanto. Son unos 2 kms aprox. Puedes bajar tranquilamente paseando por la playa. Coger un taxi por 200 pesos o quedarte en el hotel y no salir. Tienes paea elegir.
I decided to stay at Las Nubes because I frequently patronize the beach club when in Holbox. I love the quiet & the accomodations, while simple, were comfortable. I also like that they use fresh juices in their cocktails (although I wish they had more options) and I particularly liked the massage I got from Noah.
I got a great rate due to a last-minute discount, but I feel the regular rates are too expensive for what you get. Breakfast is decent, but no variety of options for the included breakfast, and not up to what I would expect for the usual rate.
Internet is medium to terrible. The wifi was so bad I couldn’t even get the TV to work due to the slow connection.
Staff seemed like they weren’t on the same page and beach bar staff were frequently overwhelmed, although they always got our check right.
However, they did not allow me to have my guest use my second beach towel, stating that with me as a solo guest I couldn’t apply my privileges to a second person. This felt… unusual, and at different times the rules & costs for day passes were explained differently.
Other notes: a DJ plays every afternoon at the beach, on weekends at least; you may like this or you may not…. I was into one DJ’s beats but not the other. Shower is excellent. Bed is so-so. Wish there was a hot tub.

The beach club music was a little loud on the first few days but the staff lowered it towards the end of our stay
Noah, was amazing very knowledgeable. Best massage Ive ever had, he also gave me lots of advice for my shoulder and back problems. Very relaxing and great value.
Had a daypass and really enjoyed it. Carlos took care of us with food and drinks. Can literally spend the whole day here and you pay 200 peso per person.

Good location just before the sand banks where services not available. Pay for the table or day pass. We had only desserts, which were excellent!

Se quedaron sin aguas, cocas e insumos el día 25. En una temporada tan alta de vacaciones deberían estar preparados. El personal de la recepción poco amable a excepción de Ross quien nos atendió muy bien.

We we were searching for a place where the entire family could do their thing and the team isn’t always as flexible as we would like. We fear so fortunate to find Bruno, Carlos and the team at Las Nubes. They went so far out of their way to make it an amazing day for everyone. Kids happy… parents happy….everyone is happy. Don’t pass on this one.
