My stay was only okay because of the jacuzzi in my room. I paid extra but it was worth it.
Pros:

My room had a private jacuzzi which was excellent.

Cons:

The door to my room showed signs of having been broken into. Also the breakfast was eaten by construction workers and not replaced.

It is ok to stay but the hotel needs to improve so visitors will come back more often
Pros:

Breakfast is ok but they repeat the same food everyday most of the time, it become boring.

Pros:

The room was tore up from previous customer's and there pets. Staff were never standing at the front lobby service desk. There were in the back room you would have to call out for them several times and wait for them to come out.

Cons:

It's opposite of my responses due to me miss reading the question. But I did like that the location was located right in the Center of everything I was doing. The longest drive I had was 20 mins away.

Great place to stay in Fresno.
Pros:

The staff. Mr. Cahill is a great hotel manager. He keeps this hotel in great shape. Family loved the pool.

Cons:

Well, the HVAC system was a bit old and noisy, but other than that... Everything was good.

Terrible. Save yourself the headache and pay a couple more dollars to stay away from this dump.

The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The property was run down. Patches on walls and a huge crack in the the shower. There was someone running up and down the 3rd floor hallway at midnight.
