Bed bugs.

When I got there, an Orkin pest terminator was talking to an individual in the parking lot about bed bugs. When the individual walked away, I asked the Orkin employee if there were bed bugs in the hotel and he said, “yes, there are”. So I chose not to risk getting bed bugs as I had a very important work conference, so I left. We asked for a refund and the booking.com agent put us on hold, confirmed with the hotel that there were in fact bed bugs, and then told my wife that we would be refunded. I then receive an email notice saying that booking.com and the hotel could not come to an agreement so we are being credited ELEVEN DOLLARS. $11. In booking.com credit. How disrespectful. Incompetent customer service.

One of the best breakfasts on our trip. Had eggs and sausage along with waffles, muffins, cereal and yogurt.
Pros:

Rooms are very nice.

Cons:

The construction in the area is one thing I didn’t like. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Dirty! Walls had hand prints, doors. Ac filters full of dust I couldn’t believe it. I literally went to dollar tree to buy bleach and sponge to clean walls and shower also jetted tub. Mattress was not comfortable. So disappointed. I work at a hotel and I know what to expect and this wasn’t it. Never again

I was pleasantly surprised.
Pros:

The room was big and also nice and clean, I had my chihuahua Bella with me and she enjoyed our stay as well.

Cons:

I didn't get to have breakfast because I had to leave early for work.

Pricing, until I arrived and understood why it was priced so low

Cons:

Across the street from railroad tracks - 3 trains in less than 2 hours blowing the horn. Location is sketchy, the smell of drugs in the hallway outside my room. I was traveling alone and did not feel safe here. I ended up leaving after the 3rd train and got a refund. Hotel condition was fair, but frayed carpeting, peeling paint left something to be desired.
