Great place to stay in Fresno.
Pros:

The staff. Mr. Cahill is a great hotel manager. He keeps this hotel in great shape. Family loved the pool.

Cons:

Well, the HVAC system was a bit old and noisy, but other than that... Everything was good.

Terrible. Save yourself the headache and pay a couple more dollars to stay away from this dump.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The property was run down. Patches on walls and a huge crack in the the shower. There was someone running up and down the 3rd floor hallway at midnight.

Pros:

It was nice staying there, staff are pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable bed. We brought our dog coz it is a pet friendly hotel. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to those who are thinking for their trip.

Cheap stay, friendly staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff that really do their best to be helpful.

Cons:

Keys stopped working multiple times. Had to keep going downstairs to get new keys. No safes in the room, so we just went without cleaning. Hotel’s a bit run down.
