The Residence

Positives: Room was clean, staff was friendly, easy walk to the beach
Negatives: Had to pay to park, carrying around the large metal key was nuisance and loud music was blasting at 7am.

Beautiful place

Oppholdet var bra, rommet var rent og servicen var god. Fint å gå langs stranden, mange gode spisesteder. Anbefales å prøve ut 😎

Tout était parfait, la vue sur la mer, le restau tout près, la plage. La piscine un peu petite. Le boardwalk...

Zimmerausstattung war top, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Ein Proplem mit der Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer wurde sofort erledigt. Alles ok

Great location with very easy access to the beach and waterfront activities with the bus to Split less than a 5min walk from the accommodation.

The location was nice and close to the beach.
The apartment didnt feel as clean as i would expect, the walls and shower didn't feel as clean as should be. The living room AC seems dirty, dusty and possibly had mold on it.
I would also recommend they add a 1npage instruction around water heater, air conditioner for usersbto reduce confusion, there were many wall switches and we didnt realize one of them was for the water heater.

We had a great time.

The room was spacious, I really liked the living quarters and how we had our own kitchen equipment. The walk to the beach was short allowing us to deep dive into the beach with swiftness

Lovely spot

There was no buffet breakfast as advertised and there was not spa. The amenities are misrepresented on the website. No food and no Spa.

The room was nice and comfortable. However, it was over a restaurant that was very loud. Every morning at 6am they were blasting music. Also, the hallways were dark and smelled like gas. The property was nice, close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

Excellent location, away from big crowds

Generelt Ok lejlighedhotel.flot udsigt fra altan til strand. Før indtjekning havde de ikke fortalt om varmvand til bruseren havde en knap ellers ville vandet være koldt. Alt tilbehøret til udenfor brug kostede.

The hotel is average, it is situated not to far from beach. The cleaners was terrible, they didn’t clean the 1st day… they just dropped off towels & toilet paper, when asked they said tomorrow, the next was same they exchanged towels & replaced toilet paper. Didnt make beds or clean floor etc. The reception only open certain times. It takes over 45 minutes to get to city although it’s less than 10kms, the traffic is horrible going to & from hotel.

Voisin tulla uudestaankin. Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti , ja siivous toimi hyvin joka päivä. Sijainti oli hyvä. Rantaan parin minuutin kävely. Rantakin oli loistava. Meidän vierailun aikaan ulkona oli 35-37 astetta lämmintä, mutta huone pysyi hyvin viileänä. Hotellissa kiva pikku ravintola missä hyvä ruoka. Hotellissa myös kelvollinen miniuima-allas. Lähellä pikku kauppa. Pysäköintitilaa pihasta löytyi pienestä lisämaksusta. Tie Splitiin on erittäin ruuhkainen joten kärsivällisyyttä vaaditaan.
