It’s beautiful and super gorgeous feels like the property comes right out of a fairytale
They should have atleast two water bottles in a room.
The location and the staff
Even though I mentioned that I had a faulty cold water tap and a cold room, nothing was done to rectify it
Room a little tired.
Noisy guests.
Lighting I
I always sleep better at this hotel than place where i live, shout out to Polish lady at the reception ,she is ever so helpful and can resolve every issue with a smile. Give her a rise. The grounds. love it
that I cannot stay longer
Room was lovely. Place was very peaceful.
Breakfast - a bit of a farce. The menu stated 'Full English', 'Salmon & Avocado' etc. etc.. I asked if I could have a bacon sandwich and was told 'No - only what's on the menu'. I expressed surprise and the statement was repeated to me. I saw there was bread available on the buffet bar so I asked for a full English. 'How do you like your eggs?'. I said I didn't care as I would not be eating them. The waiter said, 'I have to tell chef'. So I asked for scrambled. Whilst waiting for it to arrive I toasted some bread and had a lovely bacon butty. The full English, sans bacon, went back to the kitchen untouched. What a farce!
The place is old and rundown but in a beautiful place. The beds were comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.
Things didn’t work well like shower temperature, water in sinks
The grounds. We had a dog with us
Nothing particular, but the Hollandaise sauce with the eggs Benedict was from a jar and spoilt the breakfast.
Ideal location, visited Windsor and close to a wedding we were attending
Everything was very good
Hotel good
Brakfast excellent Room clean and warm
Wifi good coverage
Hotel decor tired in some places
Tented bar and grill looks a bit odd though all in all a good stay would recommend to anybody loiking for a quiet break good value for money
The place itself needs updating as is very old .
Room doors not closing properly, heating not working properly, rude staff, especially the lady from reception! No hello on arrival, not a single explanation about were the rooms or any other facilities. Lift not working either!
Good value
Breakfast was disappointingly tasteless
Shower was poor
