Pros:

The room was very comfortable, up to date and clean. It even had an actual Keurig machine in the room (I'm a coffee fanatic).

Cons:

It was costlier than the other hotels I've stayed in on this trip. But the facility was nicer than any of the others

Great stay!
Pros:

I am a nurse who travels a lot...for the last 3-4 year's Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Grants is my favorite! No matter if other hotels around offer lower rates...my favorite is this hotel! Thanks, and Happy Holidays! See you soon! :)

Had an awesome stay. Got great sleep. Was ready to drive straight to Burbank ca.
Pros:

Clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. And a heated Indoor pool and spa.

The Television in the room wasn’t functional.

The Desk Employee told us … there’s no volume control and it had to be plugged in and unplugged to turn it on & off.

The hot tub didn’t work. No jets no circulation. The employees had no answer for this.

There were no free weights in the gym.

This is absolutely not what we’ve come to expect from the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS franchise and Expedia.

Quite frankly this is unacceptable and ..,, if we can’t trust your site to deliver a consistent product and service … possibly our patronage would be best served somewhere else.

Pros:

Breakfast was okay (did like the pancakes). Area was lacking in good places to eat -- area was very run down. Wal-Mart was close, so that was good. Maybe we just didn't go far enough to find good restaurants.

Area around hotel was run down (I know the hotel has no control over that.).

Great experience for one night
Pros:

Comfy bed, lots of room.
The hot water took awhile to come in (wasteful), the bathroom needs on more light and a hook on near shower to hang clothes or towels.
Highly recommend the Junkyard66 Brewery 5 minutes away.
